リング部2とボス部5を第3図(a)のようにダイカス
ト金型6の所定位置にセットし、第3図(b)のように
型締めした後、スポーク部3に対応した形状のキャビテ

スト鋳造を行い、リング部2とボス部5をスポーク部3

突部7は形成したい係止部4の形状に対応したものとし
てあり、例えば第5図(b)のように金型6aと金型6
bの一方のみに設けることもできる。このように、この
実施例によれば係止部4を形成するための特別の工程や
材料は不要であって、複数個の係止部4がダイカスト金
型6の型締めの際に自動的に形成されるのであり、後工
程でリング部2の周囲に接着される被覆層はこの係止部
4によって機械的に係止される。 なお、係止部4は上述のように独立したものを複数個形
成するもののほか、第6図(a、)、(b)に例示した
ようにリング部2の全長にわたって連続的に形成しでも
よく、その形状や個数も適宜選定することができる。
