部材・前記ワツシヤ・前記コード止部材の順に前
記キヤブタイヤコードをそれぞれの貫通孔に貫通
させると共に、前記弾性部材の一端を前記テーパ
孔内に位置させ他端を前記ワツシヤと共に前記コ
ード止部材の底付孔内に位置させ、前記継合部の
ねじ部と前記コード止部材のねじ部を前記段部ま
で螺合させることにより、前記弾性部材を押圧し
