This gap is essential for arranging the engagement device that connects the car-side and landing-side doors to each other, and the landing level difference is also important due to elevator equipment malfunctions or elevator load changes. It is something that occurs. As a result, the casters of the wheelchair for the disabled fall into the gap, making it impossible for the disabled person to escape by themselves, as well as passengers tripping on the landing level and falling, and the trolley being hit by collisions causing important cargo to fall. These accidents frequently occurred, not only causing inconvenience to users, but also resulting in personal injury and damage to transported cargo.

As a means of solving these problems, a device is used to reduce the gap between the car sill and the landing sill by rotating a part of the car sill or an independent plate.
There is a commercial version of Showa 60-104576.

In the above device, a shield plate that reduces the gap between the car sill and the landing sill is rotated via a link by pushing down a leaf spring with a guide shoe at the lower end of the car.
In other words, since the driving source is the opening/closing stroke of the door, the rotation angle of the shield plate is always constant.

Therefore, when the elevator reaches the landing,
If there is a difference in landing level between the car sill and the landing sill, no correction can be made, and problems such as passengers tripping and falling due to this difference in landing level, or passengers falling due to impact when getting on and off the trolley, etc. It was hot.

The purpose of this invention is to reduce the gap between the car sill and the landing sill by driving the auxiliary sill provided at the car sill with a dedicated motor, and at the same time stop the auxiliary sill at a position that matches the landing level. The aim is to maintain a gentle slope and prevent accidents such as passengers tripping and falling and cargo falling due to impact from the trolley.

The purpose of the above is to create an elevator entrance/exit where, when the elevator lands on the landing, an auxiliary sill provided at the car sill can be moved up and down to soften the difference in landing level between the car sill and the landing sill. The device includes a detector provided at opposing locations of the auxiliary sill and the landing sill to detect the approach of the two, and a detector that controls rotation of the auxiliary sill in response to a door opening/closing signal, and an output from the detector. This can be achieved by providing a control means for controlling the rotating auxiliary sill to stop in response to a signal sent from the auxiliary sill.

The auxiliary sill provided at the car sill rotates when the motor starts when the door opens, and stops when the position detector operates. As a result, the gap between the car sill and the landing sill is reduced, and if there is a landing step, a gently sloping surface is formed, allowing a disabled person to get on and off the wheelchair without falling into the gap. There is no chance that passengers will trip over the landing level and fall, or that the cart will receive a shock and drop its cargo.

On the other hand, when the elevator is operating, the auxiliary sill is rotated to its original position by the motor activation in response to the closing of the door, and the auxiliary sill is stopped at the original position by the operation of the storage position detector. Therefore, the auxiliary sill will not collide with objects in the hoistway.

Next, the operating principle will be explained. When the elevator reaches the destination floor, the drive motor 11 is activated by the door open signal, and the drive sprocket 10 is rotated. At the same time, the guide sprocket 8 and the auxiliary sill shaft 7 are rotated by the transmission of the chain 9, and the auxiliary sill 6 is rotated about the auxiliary sill shaft 7. Here, the position detector holding fitting 12 is attached to the auxiliary threshold shaft 7.
Since it is fixed to the auxiliary threshold 6, it rotates in complete synchronization with the auxiliary threshold 6.

On the other hand, since a position detector 13 is provided at the tip of the position detector holding fitting 12 and a position detector 14 is provided at the tip of the landing threshold 3, when the position detector 13 and the position detector 14 are opposed to each other, The position detector 13 is activated and the drive motor 11 is stopped by this signal.

By the above operation, the auxiliary threshold 6 is
As shown in the figure, since the gap G between the car sill 2 and the landing sill 3 is closed, and a gentle slope is formed at the landing step, the casters of the wheelchair for the disabled do not fall into the gap G, and the landing step is This prevents accidents such as passengers tripping and falling when getting on or off the elevator, or accidents where the trolley receives shock and drops cargo when getting on or off the truck, so you can use the elevator with peace of mind.

When no one gets in or out, the doors 4 and 5 close, but when the door closes, the drive motor 11 reverses, and the auxiliary sill 6 returns to the car sill 2 side as shown in Figures 4 and 5, and the position is detected. The container 13 is the basket sill 2
The drive motor 11 is operated in opposition to a position detector 15 provided at the bottom of the motor, and the drive motor 11 is stopped by this signal. Therefore, since the gap G between the car sill 2 and the landing sill 3 is maintained, the elevator can operate normally.

According to the present invention, the drive motor rotates the auxiliary sill on the car side, reducing the gap between the car sill and the landing sill, and at the same time making the difference in landing level gentler, allowing the casters of a wheelchair for the disabled to fall. This eliminates the possibility of passengers tripping and falling when getting on or off the trolley, or causing the load to fall due to impact when getting on or off the trolley, improving safety and reducing labor.
