DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for washing the body of an automobile, and is capable of efficiently carrying out the commonly used two-way car washing operation without damaging the surface of the car body. This type of car wash equipment washes with water on the first trip, performs a base wax treatment with foaming wax on the return trip, performs a finishing wax treatment with water-based wax on the next trip, and then performs a finishing wax treatment with water-based wax on the next trip. It is known that it can be dried.
However, these methods had the disadvantage that there was a risk of damaging the soft paint on the car body, and that the wax did not adhere well. Therefore, in this invention, during the first trip, the dirty car body is thoroughly wetted to soften the dirt, and then the dirt is removed from the car body using a detergent, and the dirt is removed by going to the water again to remove the paint film from the car body surface. After a series of operations to thoroughly remove sand and other dirt that can easily damage the vehicle, the car body surface that remains dirty is washed again using a high-foaming detergent that creates a show effect during the return trip, and water is first sprinkled on the next return trip. After the foamed detergent has been removed, the surface of the product is waxed, the excess wax after waxing is removed by water spraying, and then the product is dried on the way back. Below, the embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail. Reference numeral 1 denotes a traveling rail laid on the floor, on which a frame 2 of a car washing device is movably placed. 3 is the running wheel of frame 2 and is driven by electric power @4. Reference numeral 5 denotes a well-known car body side cleaning brush provided inside the frame 2. The brush is supported so as to be movable from side to side on a rail 6 horizontally mounted on the frame 2, and the brush 5 of the vehicle side is always on guard 1.
・Apply force so that 5 is closed, and use air cylinder 7 to arbitrarily expand left and right I1ll to face the filling surface of car body 3. 9
is the drive motor for the side cleaning brush 3. A top brush 10 is installed inside the frame 2 and is supported across the frame 2 so as to be able to clean the upper surface of the body 8, and is driven by an electric motor 1l. It moves up and down along the . Reference numeral 13 denotes lower cleaning brushes provided on both sides of the interior of the frame 2 below. 14 is a drying nozzle provided inside the frame 2 in the same manner as the top brush 10, and one end of the drying nozzle is supported so that it can move along the top surface shape of the unit 8 and with a gap 11 fis between the top surface and the top surface. Air cylinder 1 top brush support arm 15
It is raised and lowered by 6. Also, wash*'ar! Inside the 12, there are 7K water sprinklers 17 and 18 placed at both ends of each side to sprinkle water on the 8 sides of the car body. 19 is a detergent nozzle that sprays anionic detergent; water spray nozzle 1 in the washing device 2;
It is placed closer to the inside than 7.18. Reference numeral 20 denotes a detergent nozzle for dispersing an anionic highly foaming detergent that is foamed by mixing it with empty detergent and is installed in the washing machine 12 on the upper and inner side of the detergent nozzle 19. In addition, 21 is a wax nozzle that sprays cationic water-soluble wax and is a foam detergent/detergent. It is provided inside the car wash device 2 inside the nozzle 20. 22 is a detergent dispenser provided on the side of the car wash unit W12, 23 is a foam detergent dispenser, and 24 is a wax tank, each of which has its own supply pipes 25 and 2.
6 and 27 are connected, and the other end of each supply pipe is connected to a water supply pipe 31 through an ejector 28, a pressure reducing valve 29, and a solenoid valve 30, and is connected to a water pressure source (not shown). ) The ejector effect of the water pressure sucks detergent, wax, or foam detergent and disperses it together with water. At this time, detergent, foam detergent, and wax are selected by appropriately selecting and switching the solenoid valve 30. In addition, when the ejector 28 is not activated, only water from the water pressure source can be sprayed onto each of the drains 19, 20, and 21. In addition, an empty supply pipe using a well-known pipe and a solenoid valve is connected in the middle of the supply pipe 26 of the foam detergent tank 23, and when using the foam detergent, air is mixed in to make the detergent foam. Spray onto the body 8 from the nozzle 20. 33 is a water supply pipe to drinking water nozzles l7 and l8. Next, to explain how to use it, first, wash your car! *An automatic motorcycle on one side of fl2. Place the body 8 and drive the car wash device rI12. Washing water is sprayed from the water nozzle l7 at the front, detergent is sprayed from the detergent nozzle 19, and drinking water nozzle 18 at the rear.
As the washing water is sprayed, the side washing brush 5 and the lower washing brush 13 are rotated, and the washing device i 112 moves toward the bath body 8. Therefore, along with this movement, the military body 8 is first sprayed with cleaning water by the water spray nozzle 17 to swell and remove the sand, mud, etc. that have adhered to it. Next, 72-ion detergent is sprayed from the detergent tank 22 through the supply pipe 25 to the detergent nozzle 19 to release dirt, and then washing water is sprayed again from the waste water nozzle 18 to clean the vehicle body. Thoroughly remove sand, mud, etc. adhering to the surface. At this time, the side cleaning brush 5 and the top brush 10 are rotated to facilitate their removal work. Then, the car washing device 2 starts moving in the opposite direction and mixes the foamed detergent with air through the detergent nozzles 20, 9, the detergent tank 23, and the supply pipe 26. The mixture is foamed and dispersed, and the brushes are rubbed together and cleaned using brushes 5 and 10, as described above. After this work is completed, the car wash station 2 starts moving again towards the car body 8, and at the same time sprays washing water from the water nozzle 18, washing away the foamy detergent that has adhered to the surface of the car body 8. Spray wax on the surface from wax nozzle 2L, rub the wax in by brushing, then remove the excess rubbed wax by brushing while sprinkling water from water nozzle 17. During the go-around, high-pressure air is blown to scatter water droplets on the vehicle surface and dry it. This device is constructed as described above and runs back and forth across the automatic motorcycle body, and during this running, the vehicle body is sequentially washed, waxed, and dried. nozzle, detergent nozzle, foam detergent nozzle,
Wax nozzles, water spray nozzles, and drying nozzles are arranged at appropriate intervals, and during the first trip, washing with water using the water spray nozzle provided in the frame, washing with detergent using the detergent nozzle, and washing with water using the water spray nozzle are performed in sequence. On the return trip, detergent washing is performed with a foaming detergent, and on the next return trip, water washing is performed using a drinking water nozzle to remove the foaming detergent, followed by wax application using a wax nozzle, followed by excess wax using a water sprinkling nozzle. At the same time as each frame is reciprocated, the side rotating brushes and top brushes provided on the frame are used to brush and clean the vehicle body surface.
When the frame goes back, high-pressure air is sprayed onto the car body surface from the drying nozzle to dry the car body. This eliminates the simple process of washing, foaming wax, water-based wax, and drying that was previously used in the two-way car wash. The cleaning effect that could not be achieved with a series of car wash methods can be achieved in 11 hours, and since each work process includes multiple processing operations, it can remove dirt and wax after removing detergent in the same way as a manual car wash. , it is possible to effectively shape the wax film without damaging the paint film. In addition, when cleaning with detergent, if detergent remains on the car body surface, the paint film may discolor due to chemical reaction, especially when waxing with cationic wax after cleaning with 7-ion detergent. There were some inconveniences such as the detergent and wax chemically reacting and the wax solidifying, deteriorating the cleaning effect, but water was sprayed after washing with the detergent to remove any remaining 7-ion detergent on the car body surface. Since the car is then treated with a solid wax, it is possible to eliminate the disadvantages that were seen in conventional cars, such as damage to the paint film due to insufficient pre-washing, or a reduction in the wax effect caused by applying wax to the car body surface with detergent residue. In particular, the wax effect is that if there is any remaining 7-ion detergent, it will chemically react with the cationic wax, eliminating the wax's elongation and poor riding performance, and the effect is equivalent to that of hand-washing. This product is expected to take advantage of the characteristics of waxed rice, and maintain stable functionality during use during the harvesting period without any oil or fat adhering to the brush. Furthermore, each nozzle is arranged so that multiple tasks can be performed in combination during one movement of the car washing device, and the necessary tasks are performed successively while the washing device moves, making it possible to perform multiple tasks in combination during one movement of the car washing device. It is capable of performing not only simple tasks such as foaming wax and drying, but also all the tasks necessary for car washing in succession, allowing for a complete car wash even though the washing time is short6.
