Claims (1)
- ベース体に設けられた電極体の上端突出部に、
ホルダーの基端部を固着して、該ホルダーの先端
部で水晶片を弾性的に保持する構成の水晶振動子
において、上記ホルダーを板材で成形して、該板
材製ホルダーの基端部側を所定の肉厚となすと共
に、ホルダーの先端部側を基端部の肉厚よりも薄
く、且つ所望の弾性力が得られる肉厚となしたこ
とを特徴とする薄型ホルダー水晶振動子ベース。
