直流定電圧が印加されるように接続された第１及
び第２の抵抗の直列回路と、これら第１及び第２
の抵抗の共通接続点と前記入力端子との間に接続
された第３の抵抗とを設け、これら第１乃至第３
の抵抗の共通接続点から前記信号電圧を得るよう
