- 一端から軸方向に切込みの入つた導電性の円筒
形状物と、上記円筒形状物の内壁で一端が固定さ
れた導電性線材の束と、上記円筒形状物の外壁に
引掛け金具を有し、切込みの間隔を調整する機構
とを備えたことを特徴とする表面観察器用試料台
。
