- フアンネル２内面に形成されたカーボン被膜３
に接触する内部電圧供給端子接触部４を有する内
部電圧供給端子部１と、外部電圧供給端子部６と
、パネル７とフアンネル２の接着部８に配置され
る接続部９とで夫々を接続し構成される電圧供給
端子において、内部電圧供給端子接触部４の表面
にカーボン被膜５を形成したことを特徴とする電
圧供給端子。
