[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to an electrophotographic dry printing apparatus using continuous paper, such as a printer for information processing and output, and particularly to a developer recovery method. [Prior Art] Conventionally, developer collection in this type of dry printing apparatus is carried out by driving a developer discharge conveyor 22 provided inside a developing unit 21, as shown in FIG. 5, for example. This is accomplished by discharging the developer to the outside through a developer discharge port 23 provided near the developer discharge side end of the bottom of the container 21. Furthermore, the remainder of the developer that cannot be discharged by the developer discharge conveyor alone has to be removed manually by removing the developing device from the main body. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the above-mentioned conventional developer recovery method of a dry printing device, the toner in the developer scatters and is unclean, and it is difficult to remove or attach the heavy developer from the main body. However, there were problems in terms of maintenance, such as poor workability and variations in the recovery rate as the remaining developer was discharged manually. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a developer discharging device for a dry printing device that can improve the workability of developer recovery during maintenance, in order to solve the problems of the prior art. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, a developer discharging device for a dry printing device according to the present invention is provided with a developer pF discharging conveyor inside the developing device of an electrophotographic dry printing device. , and a vacuum suction opening attachment connected to a vacuum suction machine is removably installed on a developer discharge port opening at the bottom of the developing device near the developer discharge side end thereof.

[Function J] Therefore, when collecting developer, the developer discharging conveyor provided inside the developing device is driven, and a vacuum suction opening attachment is attached to the developer discharge port to drive the vacuum suction device. The developer inside is mechanically pushed out and sucked into the vacuum suction machine. Embodiment 1 Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the developer discharging device for a dry printing apparatus according to the present invention, FIGS. 2 and 3 are sectional views of an embodiment of the vacuum suction opening attachment of FIG. 1, and FIG. The figure is a perspective view of another embodiment of the same vacuum suction opening attachment. A developer 2 is contained in the form of a dry fine powder inside a developing device 1, which constitutes a part of a 7U photographic dry printing device, and is placed at a required position inside the developing device 1. is provided with a developer discharge conveyor 4 which can mechanically discharge the developer 2 from a developer outlet 3 by driving an electric motor when necessary. Further, the developer discharge [13] is provided with a hose attachment part 7 to which the terminal opening of the vacuum suction hose 6 of the vacuum suction machine 5 is attached from the outside. A vacuum suction opening attachment 8, which can be attached to and detached from the hose attachment section 7, is provided in the opening so that it can be attached or detached at any time. Various methods of attaching and detaching the hose between the part 7 and the vacuum suction opening attachment 8 are conceivable, but a typical example will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 4. Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the screw-on type developing device 1.
A hose attachment part 7 is fixed to the side of developer discharge [13], and a thread is cut on the outer diameter surface of the hose attachment part 7, and a vacuum suction hose is attached to this thread. A screw cut into the inner diameter of a vacuum suction opening attachment 8 attached to the terminal opening of 6 can be screwed into the vacuum suction opening attachment 8. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the bolt-tightening method, in which the hose is attached to the side of the developer outlet 3 of the developing device 1 by using a flange 9 instead of the part 7, and using a plurality of required bolts and the like. A flange 11 corresponding to the flange 9 is fixed to the end opening of the vacuum suction hose 6 in place of the vacuum suction opening attachment 8, and each of the flanges 9 and 11 has a plurality of flanges. Porto 10
and a nut 12 to enable bolt tightening. Figure 4 is W! This is a perspective view of an embodiment in which a wedge-type hose is attached to the side of the developer discharge port 3 of the developing device L.
The wedge-type hose attachment portion 13 is provided with protruding rods 14 at required positions on the outer peripheral wall. A wedge attachment 15 is provided at the end opening of the vacuum suction hose 6 in place of the vacuum suction opening attachment 8 and the flange 11 in the case of the above-mentioned embodiment, and the wedge attachment 15 is provided with the above-mentioned F-type hose take-up. Attached is part 13
The wedge-type hose attachment can be fitted to the circumferential wall of the wedge attachment 15, and the wedge-type hose attachment can be fitted to the protruding rod 14 provided on the outer circumferential wall of the portion 13 in a required manner in the axial direction of the vacuum suction hose 6. By inserting the wedge attachment I5 to the full depth and then turning it in the required direction, the wedge effect allows the wedge attachment to be performed so that the entire circumference 16 where the wedge attachment 15 can be fixed to the portion 13 is fixed. It is set up. Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. When it is necessary to recover the developer during maintenance of the dry printing device, etc., the vacuum suction device 5 is prepared, and the vacuum suction opening attachment 8 attached to the terminal opening of the vacuum suction hose 6, [the said flange]],
The wedge attachment 5 is attached to the hose attachment portion 7 or the flange 9 provided at the developer outlet 3 of the developing device 1 containing the developer 2 to be collected.
Also, the 1'J type hose attachment is connected to part 13 by screwing, bolting, or wedge-fitting. Thereafter, the developer discharge conveyor 4 provided at a predetermined position inside the developing device 1 is driven by an electric motor, and the developer 2 is mechanically discharged from the developer discharge port 3, and the developer 2 is vacuum-suctioned as described above. When the vacuum suction device 5 with the hose 6 connected to the developer discharge port 3 is driven, the developer 2 in the developing device 1 is transferred to the vacuum suction device 5 by mechanical action and vacuum suction action.
is collected inside. It is preferable that the vacuum suction device 5 has a dust-proof structure to prevent the rotating parts of the electric motor from being damaged by the fine powder toner and iron powder that make up the developer 2. It is desirable to use a dedicated vacuum cleaner that is included as an accessory to the dry printing device.

As explained above, (1) the developer discharging device for a dry printing apparatus according to the present invention is capable of discharging the developer at the end of the vacuum suction hose of the vacuum suction machine in conjunction with the mechanical discharge by driving the conventional developer discharging conveyor when collecting the developer. By attaching and detaching a vacuum suction opening attachment to the developer outlet and vacuum suction. The developer in the corners of the developing device, which could not be reached by the discharge conveyor alone, and the developer floating in fine powder inside the developing device can be removed cleanly, easily, and in a short working time. play.
