FIG. 2 shows a conventional device in which power is turned on and off by a power on/off control device 1 from a remote center via a communication line to a controlled device 2 in the absence of an operator. Carrier wave 1 for data transmission from a remote location
When 0 is sent out, the output of the modulator/demodulator 3, the carrier-on 11, is turned on. When this signal is detected by the power-on instruction detection circuit 1a for a certain period of time, the power-on instruction detection signal 13 is turned on and inputted to the power-on/off control circuit 1c. Power on/
When the power-on instruction detection signal 13 is input from the disconnection control circuit 1c, the power-on/cut-off instruction signal 15 is outputted in the power-on instruction state, and the controlled device 2 is powered on, completing the power-on operation. Thereafter, when the controlled device 2 completes a series of data processing and determines that it is okay to turn off the power to the controlled device 2, the disconnection instruction signal 12 is turned on. When this signal is detected by the disconnection instruction detection circuit 1b for a certain period of time, the disconnection instruction detection signal 14 is turned on and input to the power-on/disconnection control circuit 1c. The power on/off control circuit 1c outputs a power on/off instruction signal 15 in a disconnection instruction state to the controlled device 2, and the power to the controlled device 2 is cut off.

On the other hand, the disconnection command signal 12 is also input to the time monitoring circuit 1d, and the time monitoring circuit 1d disconnects the power to the controlled device 2 after the disconnection instruction is detected by the power-on state display signal 16 from the controlled device 2. The time it takes to do so is monitored. If the power to the controlled device 2 is not turned off after a certain period of time,
The time-over detection signal 17 from the time-over detection circuit 1e turns on and is notified to the time-over interrupt notification circuit 1f. The disconnection failure interrupt notification signal 18 from the time-over interrupt notification circuit 1f is turned on so that it can be recognized by the controlled device 2 from a software perspective.

When the time-over detection signal 17 is turned on, the emergency disconnection instruction signal 19 from the emergency disconnection instruction circuit 1g is turned on, and the power to the controlled device 2 is urgently disconnected. In general, temperature abnormalities, forced air cooling motor fan abnormalities, and power supply abnormalities that occur in the controlled device 2 require power shutdown with a relatively low failure rate. There are two types of power-off for the controlled device 2: normal power-off and power-off due to the occurrence of the various abnormal situations described above. In the case of abnormal power-off, the power must be turned on again after the abnormality has been removed, and this abnormality removal process Therefore, it is necessary to distinguish between normal and abnormal cutting.
Therefore, it is effective to have a control path that performs abnormal disconnection only when an abnormality occurs, rather than always causing abnormal disconnection. Further, according to the present invention, the abnormal cutting instruction 19
By setting a time difference from the disconnection failure interrupt notification 18, it is possible to distinguish it from other abnormalities.

As explained above, the present invention makes it possible to turn off the power more reliably by using an emergency cut-off instruction circuit that is different from that used for normal turn-on/cut-off instructions when a cut-off instruction fails, and also to issue a cut-off instruction when the power is turned on again. This has the effect of showing that the series is abnormal.
