Abstract

PURPOSE:To securely prevent failure due to a fall of any brick from being produced by previously removing on a conveyor bricks at locations corresponding to joints of shelf plates on a calcination truck upon aligning on the conveyor non-calcined bricks conveyed one by one and moving them onto the conveyor for each line of the bricks. CONSTITUTION:A supply conveyor 11 is interrupted each time bricks of a predetermined number of sheets are supplied to a conveyor 4, and the conveyor 4 is sent idly. Hereby, a position of a shelf plate 3 corresponding to a joint 3a of the shelf plate is made a blank. A line of bricks removed for each predetermined number of sheets of the bricks are formed on the conveyor 4. Thereupon, the bricks are clamped for each line thereof from the conveyor 4 by a clamp 9 of a brick loading machine 6 and moved parallel onto the shelf plate 3. Accordingly, the bricks an be arranged at the joint of the shelf plate 3 in the state of no brick. Since the bricks aligned beforehand onto the shelf plate 3 of the calcination truch 1 by the brick loading machine 6, bricks can automatically be loaded effectively.

In this case, the tiles are automatically erected at a constant pitch on the am of the firing cart, but since the shelves can only be manufactured with a length that is a fraction of the length of the firing cart, the shelves are Mutual joints inevitably occur, and in the case of automatic loading, tiles will also be erected on these joints. However, the tiles placed on the joints were not stable, and the shock caused by the firing cart's movement caused them to topple over and stick to neighboring tiles.
Countermeasures were needed to prevent problems such as "sticking defects" or, in extreme cases, a game of shogi, resulting in an entire row of roof tiles being defective.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention, which was made to solve the above problems, arranges the unfired tiles that are being conveyed one by one on a conveyor and transfers them one row at a time onto a baking cart. A feature of this method is that the tiles at the positions corresponding to the joints of the shelf boards on the baking cart are removed in advance on the conveyor before being moved.

In Figure 1, (1) is a baking cart that runs on rails (2), (3) is a shelf board with a fence built on its top surface,
In this example, six shelf boards (3) are used to simplify the drawing.
It is shown. (4) is a loading conveyor installed parallel to the side of the rail (2), (5) is a conveyor for taking out fired tiles, and above these is a tile loading machine (6) installed. It is being Tile loading machine (6)
Place a tile on the bottom of the trolley (8) that runs on the rail (7).
It is equipped with clamps (9) that hold and lift the tiles from both sides in the lateral direction, one row at a time, and transfers the tiles on the conveyor (4) for loading tiles one row at a time onto the shelf board (3), and then fires the tiles. The tiles can be transferred one row at a time from the shelf board (3) onto the conveyor (5) for taking out the tiles. As shown in Fig. 2, the conveyor (4) is a needle-shaped conveyor with an upright round bar 00) provided on the conveyor surface, and the tiles are supplied in a horizontal position from the supply conveyor 00 in front of the conveyor (4). The objects are received one by one between these round bars and arranged in an upright position.

The unfired tiles are hung, for example, on a hanger 02), and are supplied one by one onto the supply conveyor OD, and further onto the supply conveyor O.
The tiles from 1) are fed one by one between the round rods QO) of the conveyor (4) for loading tiles. However, in this example,
Every time a predetermined number of tiles are supplied to the conveyor (4), the supply conveyor 01) is stopped and the conveyor (4) is conveyed blankly, thereby blanking the position corresponding to the joint (3a) of the shelf board (3). Keep it. As a result, rows of roof tiles are formed on the conveyor (4), as shown in FIG. 2, with a certain number of roof tiles missing. Therefore, if the tiles are clamped one row at a time from the conveyor (4) using the clamp (9) of the tile loading machine (6) and moved parallel to the shelf board (3), the joint of the shelf board (3) ( It is possible to arrange tiles without tiles in the part 3a). Note that the seam (3) on the conveyor (4)

As described above, according to the present invention, the tiles arranged in advance on the conveyor (4) are transferred as they are to the fence plate (3) of the baking cart (1) by the tile loading machine (6), so that the tiles can be stacked efficiently. In addition to automatic loading, tiles can be erected so that they do not fall on the joint (3a) of the shelf board (3) as shown in Figure 3, which eliminates the instability of the tiles and allows the firing cart ( The tile does not fall during the movement of 1). Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to almost completely eliminate defects caused by the tile falling. Moreover, since the tiles at the position corresponding to the seam (3a) are removed before being loaded onto the baking cart (1), it does not take much effort to remove them, and no tiles are wasted (effects of the invention). As explained in , this method reliably prevents tiles from being placed on the joints of shelf boards without sacrificing the advantage of the automatic tile loading method, which allows for high-speed loading, and prevents tiles from falling over during firing. The occurrence of defects can be completely prevented. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of industry as a method of loading roof tiles onto firing carts that eliminates the problems of the conventional methods.
