Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent slip from being generated on a stone panel and secure the safety and enable the panel to be used also for a bathroom or the like by providing the front side surface of the stone material of the stone panel having the back-up of a stiffener on the plate-shaped stone material consisting of natural stones or artificial stones, with a non-slip layer. CONSTITUTION:On the rear side surface of the plate-shaped stone material 1 of thinly cut-off natural stones, namely, marbles, granites, or the like, or artificial stones, the stiffener 2 of an inorganic board, a wooden board, an FRP sheet, a metallic plate, a honeycomb, or the like is fitted, and a stone panel A is formed. Then, by providing the front side surface of the stone mate rial 1 with a rugged section and/or coating the front side surface with resin coat 4 with inorganic fine powder mixed in, a non-slip layer 3 is formed.

Conventionally, natural stones such as marble and granite or artificial stones have been used for the interior and exterior walls and floors of buildings to take advantage of the beauty and durability of stone. The thickness was limited to 20 to 50 mm, and handling was difficult due to weight, cracks, chips, etc. On the other hand, recently, stone materials have been made thinner ((1.0 to 5.0 mm)
Although cutting techniques have been developed, its strength is weak and cracks and chips occur, making it impossible to use it as a building material. For this reason, stone panels have been provided in which thin stones are lined with reinforcing materials such as FRP, foamed material, metal plates, honeycomb, etc. (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 63-222850, etc.). ■Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Conventional stone panels have a polished surface and can become slippery when used in bathrooms, floors, water areas, etc.
In addition, there was a problem in that the stones became dirty due to water penetration. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a stone panel that can be prevented from slipping even when used in a bathroom or the like.

The stone panel of the present invention is a stone panel in which a plate-shaped stone 1 made of natural stone or artificial stone is lined with a reinforcing material 2,
It is characterized in that a non-slip layer 3 is provided on the surface of the stone 1, and this structure solves the above problems. 1 Effect] Since the non-slip layer 3 is provided on the surface of the stone 1, slipping is prevented even when used in a bathroom etc., and safety is ensured. The present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Stone material 1 is a natural stone such as marble or granite or a thin artificial stone ((
1.0 to 5.0 IL111) cut pieces are adopted. A reinforcing material 2 is attached to the back surface of the stone 1. Examples of the reinforcing material 2 include inorganic boards, wooden boards, FRP sheets, metal plates, honeycombs, etc., but those that are thinner and have higher strength than their strength and thermal expansion coefficient are preferred, and in this respect, FRP sheets are preferably adopted. Ru. This FRP sheet is not only strong but also transparent, so it can be easily colored, light-curing adhesive can be used, it can be used as a lighting cover, and it is also easy to cut. It has an expansion coefficient close to that of Stone 1 and can greatly contribute to suppressing warpage. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a non-slip layer 3 is provided on the surface of the stone material 1 by forming irregularities thereon. This non-slip layer 3 is coated with a sealer such as wax or acrylic to prevent water from seeping in, so that it will not get dirty even when used in a bathroom or the like. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, a non-slip layer 3 is formed by applying a resin paint mixed with an inorganic powder to the surface of the stone 1. As the resin coating, acrylic resin, urethane resin, epoxy resin or emulsion thereof is used. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a non-slip layer 3 is provided by forming irregularities on the surface of the stone 1, and a resin paint mixed with powder is applied to this non-slip layer 2 to further improve the appearance. We are trying to make it effective. The stone panel A of the present invention is suitably used in bathrooms, floors, water areas, etc. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail. (Example) White granite (300x30
After forming an uneven surface on the 0x7t) using a jet burner, silicon carbide thread abrasive ($28) was applied to the modified acrylic resin.
30 to 40 g of resin paint containing 20 parts by weight of 0)
A stone panel was manufactured by applying a coating of 20% and drying it at 60° C. for 30 minutes. The slip resistance was improved compared to the untreated one, and no staining was observed in the stain resistance test (48 hour immersion in red ink).
