Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency and to prevent the curl of paper or the evapo ration of moisture by thermally bonding a synthetic resin layer to the mutually opposed superposing surfaces of sheet pieces in a releasable manner and forming the synthetic resin layer from a synthetic resin capable of performing thermal bonding at heating temp. equal to or lower than specific temp. CONSTITUTION:A paper postcard main body 1 composed of one sheet is constituted of two sheet pieces 1a, 1b having the same size connected so as to be capable of being folded double. The sheet pieces 1a, 1b are bent through a bending part 6 so that the printing display parts 3a, 3b thereof become inner surfaces and the heat- adhesive synthetic resin layer 5 on the entire surface extending over the sheet pieces 1a, 1b is heated to temp. of 110 deg.C or lower to be thermally bonded. Since the synthetic resin layer 5 of this communication body can be thermally bonded at temp. of 110 deg.C or lower, the mutual release between the synthetic resin layers of the sheet pieces and that between the sheet pieces can be easily performed even after thermal bonding. It is also unnecessary to perform treatment roughening the surface of the synthetic resin layer and, therefore, it is unnecessary to set the extrusion speed of a roller, roller pressure and heating temp. to definite restricted conditions.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention provides a method for concealing and mailing communication bodies such as postcards and envelopes, and more specifically, for concealing and mailing information such as correspondence and printed display media. This invention relates to communication bodies such as postcards and sealed letters whose display surfaces are removably heat-bonded via a synthetic resin layer.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, for the purpose of concealing the above-mentioned information, etc., there is a postcard, for example, Utility Model Application Publication No. 1-174170, which has a structure in which a synthetic resin layer is releasably thermally bonded to the postcard.

That is, in this postcard, a polyvinyl chloride resin layer is provided on the inner surfaces of the two sheet pieces that form the postcard body, and the two sheet pieces are thermally bonded so that they can be separated through the polyvinyl chloride resin layer. This is what I did.

(Problem B to be solved by the invention) By the way, since the above-mentioned postcards are made by thermally adhering the sheet pieces through a polyvinyl chloride resin layer that is originally difficult to re-peel, it would be difficult to make this re-peel possible. In order to tighten the polyvinyl chloride resin layer, it is necessary to apply certain conditions to the polyvinyl chloride resin layer.

However, in order to achieve such roughening, in the postcard manufacturing process, the extrusion speed of the roller for heating and pressing must be set at 1.5 to 2.0 m/+++in, the roller pressure must be set at 8 kg/cd, and the heating Temperature 150-160℃
It is necessary to bond between the polyvinyl chloride resin layers under conditions such as setting.

However, under such conditions, the extrusion speed of the roller is slow, which reduces work efficiency, and the roller pressure is weak, which may cause the postcard paper to curl. Since the adhesive is bonded at a high temperature of 160° C., there is a problem in that water and humidity originally contained in the paper may evaporate and deteriorate the paper material itself.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been made as a communication body such as a postcard or an envelope, and a method for manufacturing the same. A synthetic resin layer 5 is formed on the inner surface of the communication rod body 1 for postcards, envelopes, etc. made of sheet pieces.
are provided, and the at least two sheet pieces are bent and overlapped with the surface on which the synthetic resin layer 5 is provided on the inner side, and the overlapping of the sheet pieces allows the synthetic resin layer 5 to face each other. In communication bodies such as postcards and envelopes that are releasably thermally bonded to each other, the synthetic resin layer 5 is made of a synthetic resin that can perform the peelable thermal bonding at a heating temperature of 110° C. or lower. It consists in becoming composed.

Furthermore, the method for manufacturing the communication body is characterized in that the sheet pieces of the communication stick main body 1, such as postcards and sealed letters, are made of at least two sheet pieces, each of which has a transparent synthetic resin layer 5 pasted on its inner surface in advance. By folding and overlapping the sheet pieces with the surface to which the synthetic resin layer 5 is attached facing the inner surface, and by overlapping the sheet pieces, it is possible to separate the facing synthetic resin layers 5 from each other at a heating temperature of 110° C. or lower. It is manufactured by thermally adhering it to.

Therefore, there is no need to perform treatments such as roughening the surface of the synthetic resin layer as in the conventional postcards, and therefore there are no fixed restrictions on roller extrusion speed, roller pressure, heating temperature, etc., as in the conventional postcards. There is no need to set it under specific conditions.

As a result, since the bonding work can be performed at a heating temperature of 110 degrees Celsius or lower as mentioned above, the water and humidity originally contained in the paper evaporates, causing the paper material itself to deteriorate. Moreover, since the extrusion speed of the roller is not limited, the speed can be significantly faster than before, thus improving the work efficiency for postcard manufacturing, and furthermore, the roller pressure is also not limited. All of the drawbacks of the conventional paper have been overcome, such as by lowering the roller pressure to prevent the paper from curling.

By the way, in the present invention, for example, the extrusion speed of the roller for heating and pressurizing can be made much faster than the conventional method at 25 m/min, and the roller pressure can be lowered to 1) cg/c. Ta.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A synthetic resin layer 5 is provided on the inner surface of a communication body 1 such as a postcard or envelope made of at least two sheet pieces, and the at least two sheet pieces are formed on the synthetic resin layer. A communication body such as a postcard or a sealed letter, which is folded and overlapped with the surface provided with 5 as the inner side, and the synthetic resin layers 5 facing each other are thermally bonded to each other in a peelable manner by overlapping the sheet pieces. In, the synthetic resin layer 5 is
A communication body such as a postcard or a sealed letter, characterized in that it is made of a synthetic resin that can perform the releasable thermal bonding at a heating temperature of 110° C. or lower. 2. The postcard according to claim 1, wherein the synthetic resin constituting the synthetic resin layer 5 is an ionomer. 3. The postcard according to claim 1, wherein the synthetic resin constituting the synthetic resin layer 5 is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin. 4. The sheet piece of the communication body 1, such as a postcard or envelope, which is made up of at least two sheet pieces to which the transparent synthetic resin layer 5 has been pasted on the inner surface side, is attached to the sheet piece to which the synthetic resin layer 5 has been pasted. It is characterized in that it is manufactured by folding the sheet pieces with their surfaces facing the inner side and overlapping them, and by overlapping the sheet pieces, the mutually facing synthetic resin layers 5 are thermally bonded in a peelable manner at a heating temperature of 110° C. or lower. A method of manufacturing communication materials such as postcards and sealed letters.
