型の側面低部に、2個穿設されこれに棒状吊り金
具が嵌合されて、これにワイヤーが係合されてホ
イストクレーン等で、金型の一方が吊り上げら
れ、軽量化された状態で、台の角、シノ等を使つ
て該金型の重心位置を人手で変えて反転させてい
る。しかし、かかる反転作業は、安全上危険であ

本考案は、従来の反転治具を改善し、反転作業

ものであつて、その要旨とするところは、1側面
に少なくとも2個の穴を有する金型の該2個の穴
に対応する2個の穴と該2穴を一辺とし、該面で
の中心を越える部位に第三の穴とを有する反転用
板と、金型の前記面に前記反転用板を重ね合わ
せ、前記2個の穴に各別に嵌合される棒状金具
と、前記第三の穴に嵌合される棒状金具とからな
り、前記2個の棒状金具と、前記第三の穴用金具
との少なくとも1個にワイヤーを係合し、該ワイ
ヤーをクレーンで引き上げることにより金型を反
転させることを特徴とする金型反転治具である。
反転用板は、四角形、三角形、T字形又は、L字
形でもよく、金型の少なくとも2個の穴に対応す
る少なくとも2個の穴を有することが必要で、金
型サイズによつて適合する2個の穴を活用できれ
ば足りる。又、第三の穴は、金型サイズによつて
適合するように、複数個穿設されていてもよい
し、又前記2個の穴と同一平面上に穿設されてい
ることを要しない。吊り上げ時に反転用板が外れ
ないように、2個の穴に対応する棒状金具は、ボ
ルト状になつていて、金型の穴内のボルト用ネジ
に嵌合するようになつていてもよい。又、第三の
穴に嵌合される棒状金具も、反転用板の金型側面

響を与えずに、第三の穴をこれに設け、重心変更
が容易に、危険を伴わずに出来るようにしたもの
で、金型の2個の穴のある面に、予め第三の穴に
内側からボルトがネジ込まれた反転用板を重ね合
わせ、対応する2個の穴を通して前記金型の2個
の穴にボルトをネジ込み、反転用板を金型に固定
する。次いで、前記2個のボルトの内の1つと、
第三のボルトとにワイヤーを係合して、又は、第
三のボルトだけに係合して、他端をクレーンで吊
り上げることにより金型の一方が持ち上げられな
がら、金型が反転される。本治具を使用すると、
反転作業に危険を伴わず、容易にできる。上記説
明では、ボルトを使用した説明をしたが、単なる
棒状金具を深い穴に嵌合させて使用した場合で
も、反転作業時に、反転用板が金型からはずれた
り、棒状金具が抜けて、反転できずに転倒する等
