Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a blower applicable to multipurpose vacuum cleaners through change of a disk part by constituting an impeller of a cone-shaped base body, having a plurality of sheets of blades in which a suction side is curved toward the direction of rotation of a motor and a blow-out side has a delay angle relating to the direction of rotation, and the disk part. CONSTITUTION:A centrifugal impeller 24 is provided in a casing 21 mounted air-tightly to a motor 30 and provided with a suction air hole 22 in the center, and an air guide 26 is provided being positioned in a lower part of the impeller 24. 実施例 以下、本発明の実施例について第1図・第2図・第3図
に基づいて説明する。21、は中央に吸気孔22を有し
、モータ30に空気漏れがないように取り付けられてい
るケーシングである。24は、ケーシング21内に段け
られた遠心形のインペラ、26は同インペラ24の下部
に位置して設けられたエアガイドである。インペラ24
は、軸方向から半径方向に進むほど径が大きくなる略円
錐状の基体32と、基体32に設けた複数枚のブレード
25と、円板部33を有している。このブレード25は
、吸込み側はモータ30の回転方向(矢印)に湾曲して
おり気流が流入し易くなっており、吹き出し側は回転方
向に対し遅れ角度を有した形状となっている。また円板
部33は前記基部33は、基体32とモータ軸によって
共線めされてインペラ24としており、極めて簡単に構
成できる。またケーシング21は、エアガイド26との
間で形成されたデイフユーザ−27を備え、外周に向か
って拡大した気流の通路を有している。エアガイド26
には、このデイフユーザ−27の終端部にこれと滑らか
に連通ずる戻り通路29が形成されており、気流は戻り
通路29がらモータの吸気孔28に滑らかに案内される
。なお、前記したモータ30は駆動用の整流子モータよ
りなるもので、吸気孔28に流れ込んだ気流は、モータ
内部を冷却しながら排気孔31より排出されるものであ
る。
