列させた放電ユニツトを、所要ダクト内に配置し
、高電圧を印加した前記電極間の金属細線の充填
部に所要気体を通過させることを特徴とする平板

または複数並列させた放電ユニツトからなること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の平板型細線極放電装
置。 3 金属細線に誘電体を被覆したことを特徴とす
る請求項1または請求項2記載の平板型細線極放
