電解コンデンサの一部分を断面にした正面図、第
２図乃至第４図のＡ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄは本考案に係る
チツプ型固体電解コンデンサに於ける陽極外部端
子及び陰極外部端子の形成順序（工程）を説明す
る一部分を断面にした正面図である。第５図は従
来のチツプ型固体電解コンデンサの縦断面図、第
６図のＡ，Ｂ，Ｃは第５図に示すチツプ型固体電
解コンデンサに於ける外部リード部材の成型順序
を説明するための一部分を断面にした正面図であ
る。 ２……部品の本体（コンデンサエレメント）、
４……第１の外部リード部材、６……第２の外部
リード部材、７……外装樹脂材、１１ａ，１１ｂ
……導電性触媒樹脂の被膜、１２，１３……外部
端子、１４……チツプ型電子部品（チツプ型固体

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 部品本体に第１の外部リード部材及び第２の外
部リード部材を接続し、前記部品本体及び前記両
外部リード部材の導出基端部をを樹脂外装してな
るチツプ型電子部品に於いて、 第１及び第２の外部リード部材の切断面が露呈
した外装樹脂材の両側端面から裏面に亘つて導電
性触媒樹脂の被膜層を介して金属メツキによる外
部端子を被着形成したことを特徴とするチツプ型
電子部品。
