第１図は本考案による磁石発電機の励磁コイル
の一実施例を示す分解斜視図、第２図はその組立
斜視図、第３図は同実施例による励磁コイルの正
断面図、第４図および第５図は励磁コイルの他の
構成例を示す斜視図および正断面図、第６図は従
来の磁石発電機の励磁コイルを示す正断面図、第
７図はその従来の磁石発電機の励磁コイルの分解
斜視図である。 １……コア、２……ボビン、３……コイル、４
……ケース本体、５……閉塞板、６……樹脂成形
部分、７，９……凹溝、８，１０……凸部、１４
……シール材。

Claims (1)
- コアに装着されたコイルボビンを一面が開放さ
れたケースによつて囲み、そのケースの開放面か
ら絶縁性のモールド樹脂を注入して一体成形する
ようにした磁石発電機の励磁コイルにおいて、コ
イルボビンの一方の鍔のエツジ面の周囲にわたつ
て凹溝または凸部を形成し、また他方の鍔側にお
けるコイルボビンからつき出たコア部分に、エツ
ジ面の周囲にわたつて凹溝または凸部が形成され
た閉塞板を装着して、コイルボビンにおける前記
一方の鍔および前記閉塞板がケース本体における
凸部または凹溝が形成された各側面にそれぞれ凹
凸結合によつてはめ込まれて一面が開放されたケ
ースが形成されるようにするとともに、その凹凸
結合部分にシール材を介在させるようにしたこと
を特徴とする磁石発電機の励磁コイル。
