In this case, the ribs extending inward from the outer wall portion 15 are not connected at the center, so that the nib A5
has an ink passage 35 in which three fan-shaped parts are connected at the center.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) The problem is insufficient ink discharge. In other words, the unfilled type is better than the filled type in terms of ink ejection performance, but the ink retention property, that is, the difficulty of ink dripping and dripping, must also be good. The ink passages used for printing have been considered small. This is intended to approximate a dovetail type, and for example, in the pen nib A5 shown in FIG. 5, studies have been made to reduce the gap in the center of the ribs 25. However, the smaller the gap, the better the ink retention, but on the other hand, the ink discharge becomes insufficient.
This seems to be because the ribs are oriented in a direction that concentrates at a single point in the center, so during writing, the ribs come into contact with each other at the center, creating a dovetail-like state due to deformation due to writing pressure. If the pen nib is A5 in Figure 5, 3
Therefore, the protruding ends of the ribs 25 are brought into contact with each other at the center, so instead of making the protruding ends of the ribs 25 rounded as shown in the figure, for example, the cross section of the rib 25 is If it is rectangular, it can be said that a very small triangular ink passage can be secured in the center by the mutual contact of the protruding ends.
If the ink passage is formed in this way, it will not become a substantial ink passage that can solve the problem of ink discharge shortage. That is, no matter where the contact points are, simply bringing the ribs into contact with each other will not improve the ink ejection properties, although the deformation itself can be suppressed.

(Means for solving the problem) Ink retention can be improved by ensuring an ink passage in the center and by sufficiently separating the ink passage in the center from other ink passages when not writing. In addition, during writing, if the ink passage in the center is less distinguishable from other ink passages, and therefore the continuity is improved, the ink ejection performance can be improved. To ensure a sufficient ink passage in the center, the protruding ends of each rib should not be concentrated in the center, and the ink passage in this center should be sufficiently separated from other ink passages when not writing. In order to do this, each rib should have a part that is not separated from other ribs, and in order to increase the continuity between this center ink passage and other ink passage parts during writing, the ribs should be separated from each other as described above. All you have to do is to space out the areas where there are no gaps. In order to do this, each rib should have a protruding end that adjoins the other ribs, and these adjoining parts should be present at three or more locations on the pen tip, and furthermore, the ink passage in the center should be The ink passage may be formed by the inner side of the side wall of the rib, and may be separated from other ink passage portions by the above-mentioned portions adjacent to the pen tip at three or more locations. That is, the present invention provides a synthetic resin pen nib in which a plurality of ribs extending inward from an outer wall are arranged to form an ink passage in the center, each of the ribs having a protruding end that adjoins another rib. Further, the abutting portions exist at three or more locations of the pen nib, and further, the ink passage formed in the center portion is formed by the inner side of the side wall of each of the ribs, and the ink passage formed in the center portion is The gist of the present invention is a synthetic resin pen nib characterized by being separated from other ink passages at three or more adjoining points. Here, the term "contact" refers to a state of contact that can be separated by deformation of the pen tip due to writing pressure, or a state of closeness that can be brought into contact.

(Function) The plurality of ribs are in contact with each other in some parts and are separated in other parts. That is, the places that were in contact become places where the contact force is increased and places where they are not in contact, and the places that were in a close state become places where they are in contact and places where the separation distance is increased. As a result, regardless of the state of contact, close proximity, or close contact, the pen tip has a portion where the capillary force is weaker when writing than when not writing. Therefore, the ink ejection force during writing is improved.

(Example) A first example is shown in the attached FIG. 1. The pen nib A1 made of polyacetal, polyamide, polyether ether ketone, etc. has three ribs 21 pointing inward in point symmetry from the outer wall 11, and the end of the innermost protrusion 21a of each rib 21. is brought into close contact with the tip end 21b of the adjacent rib 21, here. In other words, each rib 21 has a protruding end that is bifurcated with the end of the innermost protruding part and the tip.
An ink passage 3 having a substantially regular triangular shape is provided at the center of the pen tip A1 by the inner side wall of these forked parts.
1 is guaranteed. An example of the deformation of this pen tip A1 is, for example, when writing upwards in the drawing, it becomes a substantially elliptical shape that is long in the horizontal direction of the drawing.
At this time, the deformation is such that the contact portions α and β located at two locations in the drawing come into contact, and the contact portion γ at the bottom of the drawing increases the separation distance. Three contact parts α,
The central ink passage 31, which has been separated from the other ink passage parts at β and γ, enhances the continuity with the other ink passage parts at the abutting portion γ. Further, a second embodiment is shown in the attached FIG. 2. The difference between the pen nib A2 and the pen nib A1 is that instead of having the innermost protrusion 21a that the rib 21 had,
The tip 22 of the rib 22 is attached to the side wall of the adjacent rib 22.
b is adjacent, in this case a point in contact. In this pen nib A2, for example, the contact portion α of the rib 22 is
An increase in the contact force at causes a deformation that assists the separation at the contact portion β. This example shows that it is possible to ensure that the ribs come into close contact with each other regardless of the relationship between the ends.

Further, a third embodiment is shown in the attached FIG. 3. The pen nib A3 has six ribs 23 extending from the outer wall 13 toward the center, and every other rib 23 has a tip portion 23b divided into two.
In this case, the ink passage 33 having a substantially regular hexagonal shape is secured in the center by the proximity of the ink passages. In this example, it is possible to use a pen nib with a line-symmetrical cross section, there may be a rib formed in the center that does not contribute to securing the ink passage, and it is possible to use a pen nib that does not contribute to securing the ink passage. This shows that the ink passage shape can be set. In addition, although not shown in the drawings, it is also possible to provide each rib with an uneven wall surface using a self-fusion method of monofilament, or to provide each rib with meandering or curvature in the cross section. Of course, it is sufficient that there are three or more contact portions, and contact portions and proximal portions may coexist. Furthermore, the ends of the ribs may be present within the ink passage secured in the center.

(Effect of the invention) It is possible to maintain good ink retention when not writing, so it is difficult to cause ink dripping or dripping, and therefore good writing can be done from the beginning. Since ink ejection performance can be improved by the amount of decrease in force, handwriting is less likely to blur, and therefore, good handwriting can be continued. Moreover, in the case of ordinary writing instruments for handwriting, whose tip is generally sharpened into an appropriate shape such as a hemisphere, the presence of an ink passage formed in the center greatly affects the writing performance. When attached to a pen, for example, the ink ejection performance under continuous writing conditions greatly influences the writing performance, so the above-mentioned features make the pen nib of the present invention effective in a variety of usage forms. be able to.
