[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention covers the outer circumferential surface of the pipe body with a heat insulating material layer and a protective layer, and also covers the joints between the pipe bodies with a heat insulating material and an exterior material. Concerning surrounding insulated piping.

In conventional insulated piping, a connecting member is provided that fits over each connecting end of the pipe bodies, and both pipe bodies are connected via the connecting member to form a connecting part (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55 -109882).

However, when piping, the connecting members must be fitted onto each connecting end of both pipe bodies, which not only requires a lot of effort to assemble, but also requires a lot of effort.
Since the connecting member must be manufactured separately in addition to the pipe body, there is a risk that the number of parts will increase and the cost will increase.

In order to achieve the above object, the joint part of the insulated piping according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and has a male fitting part integrally connected to the end of one of the pipe bodies, and the other pipe body. The connecting portion is formed by directly fitting a female fitting portion integrally connected to the end of the tube, and a sealing elastic tube extending between the female fitting portion and the male fitting portion is attached to the outer side of both tube bodies. The pipe is characterized in that the heat insulating material for the connecting portion is formed and attached separately from the heat insulating material layer for the pipe body, while being closely attached to the entire circumference.

In other words, in order to connect pipes during piping, it is enough to simply connect the male fitting part of one pipe body to the female fitting part of the other pipe body, and it is enough to connect the pipes together in addition to the pipe body. It is not necessary to use a connecting member as a separate member.

Moreover, the connecting part where the male fitting part and the female fitting part fit each other has an elastic tube for sealing that extends between the two pipe bodies and is in close contact with the entire outer circumference of both pipe bodies. Like those disclosed in Publication No. 59-26839 and Publication of Utility Model Application No. 52-16677,
Compared to a structure in which a sealing member is attached to the insulation layer, it prevents leakage from the connection points between the pipe bodies, suppresses the risk of leaked liquid infiltrating into the insulation layer, and further improves sealing performance. It will be done.

Since the heat insulating material surrounding the joint between the two pipe bodies is formed and attached separately from the heat insulating material layer covering the outer peripheral surface of the pipe body, it is desirable to connect the two pipe bodies to form an elastic tube for sealing. The insulation material can be installed after confirming that it is installed correctly, and a high sealing material can be ensured.

Therefore, insulation piping can be achieved by simply assembling the pipe bodies with a small number of members, and the cost of materials and construction can be reduced to improve economic efficiency.

Furthermore, since the pipe bodies can be connected to each other with improved sealing properties using the sealing elastic tubes, fluid transport through the insulated pipes can now be reliably maintained without fear of leakage.

A joint collar 7B is attached so as to surround the connection part 5 over each end of each protective layer 3 of both pipe bodies 1, 1.
The hard urethane resin stock solution is injected into the gap between the collar 7B and the tube body 1 through injection holes 9 formed at two locations on the surface of the collar 7B, and the hard urethane resin insulation material is foamed. Then,
A heat insulating material 6 surrounding the connecting portion 5 is formed separately from the heat insulating material layer 2 and attached to the connecting portion 5, and after surrounding the connecting portion 5 with the heat insulating material 6, a collar 7B is formed.
A heat-shrinkable synthetic resin tube 7A covering each of the protective layers 3 and 3 is fitted over the injection hole 9 so as to close it, and is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surfaces of the collar 7B and each protective layer 3 by heating. , the collar 7B and the synthetic resin tube 7A form an exterior material 7 that waterproofly protects the connecting portion 5 and the entire heat insulating material 6 from the outside.
