Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、シーラーのような高粘度流体用のガンに関す
る。
（従来の技術） 例えば自動車の車体にシーラーを塗布するシーラーガン
のように高粘度流体を吐出させるためのガンは、取扱う
流体が高粘性を有するため、その供給を停止したあとの
切れが悪く、ノズルからのたれ落ちを防ぐうえから流体
の供給停止と同時に流体をカットする必要がある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ガン本体の先端にノズルを有し、このノズルに連通して
    吐出室および吸込室が形成されるとともにガン本体の後
    方のピストン室に嵌挿されたピストンのピストン杆先端
    の弁体が前記吸込室に密接摺動自在に嵌挿されてなり、
    この弁体には前記吸込室に連通する流体供給路と吐出室
    とを連通させる流路を設け、この流路は前記吸込室の内
    周面に開口する流体供給路の開口部に連通自在とする周
    面開口部と、前記吐出室に向って開口する吐出開口部と
    を有し、弁体の先端が吐出室後端を閉鎖したとき流体供
    給路と周面開口部とが合致し、弁体が吐出室後端から離
    間するにつれて前記開口部が弁体の周面で閉鎖されるよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする高粘度流体用ガン。
