(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) The above disposable mask is made by attaching ear loops with rubber strings to both ends of a breathable paper sheet that has been cut into appropriate dimensions and folded in the appropriate width direction. be. However, an integrated production system for this has not yet been established, and in particular, the wrapping of the rubber cord is not stable and the dimensions may vary, so manual product corrections, etc. are unavoidable. It was pointed out that because the production system is still inefficient, the manufacturing cost is high, and the cost is relatively high even though it is disposable.

is sent to the next rubber string winding step (V) together with the table 5 by the intermittent drive of the conveyor 50. Main process〔■
], the above-mentioned upright end pieces P2. The rubber string S is wound in a ring around P2, and the winding is performed as follows in the rubber string feeding/winding means 7 and table 5 preferably employed in the present invention. That is, in FIGS. 6 and 7, a rubber string S is unwound from a rubber string raw roll SO supported by a roll support section 71, and the rubber string S is connected to a rubber string guide tube 73 and a second rubber string. It passes through a string guide tube 75 and hangs down from the tip of a rubber string winding pipe 76. When the rubber string S in the second rubber string guide tube 75 is stopped by the rubber string stopper 75a and the feeding rod 74 is swung as if hitting, the rubber string S is caught by the feeding rod 74, and the rubber string S is caught by the feeding rod 74. As for the hook, the rubber string S is let out from the roll SO by a length corresponding to the slack. Then, compressed air is supplied from the supply lower 3a to cause the excess amount to be fed back, so that the rubber string S is slightly stretched around the feeding rod 74. The surplus string S caused by this reverse feeding is received by the cover plates 72, 72 and is prevented from hanging. At this time, the length of the rubber string S that is fed out by the hook of the feeding rod 74 corresponds to the length of one winding.

Thereafter, when the stopper 75a is released and the winding pipe 76 is rotated, the rubber string S hanging from the tip of the pipe 76 is unwound while the rubber paper presser pin 5
3.53 and the guide pin 54... At this time, the holding pins 53 and 53 are pushed upward by a push-up member 77 as shown in an embodiment described later. Immediately before the winding pipe 76 rotates approximately one turn and the table 5 begins to move, the stopper 75a operates to stop the rubber string S in the guide tube 75. Thereafter, the restraining pins 53, 53 move downward to restrain and fix the cross-shaped portion Sl of the rubber string S. Then, the next table 5 is moved to a position directly below the winding pipe 76 by the intermittent driving of the conveyor 50, and the same operation as described above is repeated with the rubber string S being under tension between each table 5, 5. The operation of the feed rod 74, the compressed air supply timing, the operation timing of the stopper 75a, the rotation timing of the winding pipe 76, etc. are performed based on a predetermined timing chart.

The cut sheet pieces P'' sequentially delivered by the heat fusing/cutting means 3 are transported by a conveyor 50 which is intermittently driven.
The sheets are placed one by one on the table 5 using the delivery bag W4. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the delivery device 4 includes a frame 40 that is vertically swingable about a pivot 40d, and a frame 40 that is stretched in the front-rear direction of the frame 40.
an endless perforated timing belt 41.41; a pair of front and rear suction chambers 42.43 disposed so that the openings are in contact with the upper surfaces of the outgoing sides of the timing belts 41, 41;
It consists of a sheet piece lifting suction lift 44 installed at a receiving section for cut sheet pieces, and a sheet piece pushing up lift 45 installed directly below the suction lift 44. The frame 40 is horizontally suspended between the sheet piece delivery stand 30 and the starting end of the conveyor 50. Further, a solenoid valve 43a is installed in the suction hose connected to the suction chamber 43 at the front of the traveling side, and the suction in the suction chamber 43 is turned on and off as appropriate. The above-mentioned push-up lift 45 approaches the sheet piece P' that has been heat-fused and cut and delivered as described above, and the sheet piece P' is sucked to the suction pad 45a fixed at the tip thereof. A suction lift 44 descends from above and attracts the upper surface of the sheet piece P'. Then, the suction lift 44 and the push-up lift 45
simultaneously rises, and the sheet piece P' reaches the timing belt 41.
It touches the bottom surface of ゜41. The timing belt 41°41
The sheet piece P' is attracted to the lower surface of the timing belt 41, 41 by negative pressure in the suction chamber 42 through the holes 41a, which are spaced apart along the longitudinal direction. At this time, the support of the suction lift 44 and the push-up lift 45 is released, and the sheet piece P' is conveyed while being attracted to the lower surface of the belt 41.41 as the timing belt 41.41 is driven intermittently. When the sheet piece P' reaches below the second suction chamber 43, the frame 40 swings downward and the sheet piece P' is pressed onto the table 5 of the conveyor 50. At this time, the solenoid valve 43a of the suction chamber 43 is turned off, and the sheet piece P' separates from the timing belt 41, 41. Thereafter, when the frame 40 is swung upward, the sheet piece P' remains on the table 5. The frame 40 is vertically oscillated by a cam mechanism 40a driven by a motor, and a spring 40c is elastically loaded between the frame 40 and a crank 40b associated with the cam mechanism 40a. It is designed to prevent the pressing of the

As described above, the end piece upright means 6 is composed of a pair of left and right vertically movable plates 61, 61, and a soft elastic sheet restraining member 62 disposed at the center thereof. The sheet holding member 62 is made of a soft elastic material such as sponge, and has a cylinder 6 that expands and contracts vertically.
It is attached to the lower end of 2a. Directly below the end piece upright means 6 is a suction pipe 63 M! 1t, and when the table 5 is transferred and installed at a predetermined position, the suction pipe 63 rises, and the hole 52a opened approximately in the center of the wide groove 52 of the table 5 is opened.

The sheet piece P' that has been subjected to the above-mentioned raising process is conveyed to a location where the rubber string feeding/winding means 7 is installed by intermittent movement of the table 5. Since the structure and operation of the rubber string feeding/winding means 7 are as described above, a supplementary explanation thereof will be given here. Posts 70 (70) are erected on both sides of the conveyor 50, and roll support portions 71 (71) are formed laterally on the posts 70 (70). And each roll support part 71

It is inserted through the rear tube and second copper rubber string guide tubes 73 and 75 which are engaged with double rings 71a and 71b. The feeding rod 74 installed between the first and second rubber string guide tubes 73 and 75 is curved and can swing up and down about a pivot point 74a in the middle as a fulcrum. The proximal end of the feeding rod 74 is tied to the tip of the telescopic rod of the cylinder 74b, and the feeding rod 74 is connected to the cylinder 74b. It swings up and down by the telescopic drive of 4b. The rubber string S is fed out from the raw roll SO by a stopper 65a in the second rubber string guide tube 75.
This is done by activating and fixing the rubber string S, and then swinging the feeding rod 74 downward to hook and loosen the rubber string S between the rubber string guide tubes 73 and 75. At this time, the excess slack is reversed by supplying compressed air from the supply lower 3a, so that the rubber string S is kept taut on the feeding rod 74. The second rubber cord guide tube 75 is bent into an elbow shape,
It is cut out in the middle, and the actuating part of the stopper 75a is inserted into this cut-out part. The stopper 75a uses an air cylinder or the like as a driving source, and when turned on, presses the rubber string S in the guide tube 75 against the tube wall, making it impossible to draw it out or draw it in.

Said guide tube 75.75 is connected to a winding pipe 76.76 mounted rotatably about a vertical axis. The winding pipe 76 includes a vertical straight guide pipe 76a and a bent finger pipe 76b connected to the lower end of the guide pipe 76a. And the guide pipe 76a,
The upper end of 76a is rotated about a vertical axis by power transmission via horizontal drive shafts 76c, 76c' and bevel gears 76d, 76d. The horizontal drive shafts 76c, 76c' incorporate a clutch brake or the like and drive it based on a desired setting mode. The rubber strings S, S are the guide pipes 76a, 76a.
and the finger pipes 76b, 76b, and are suspended from the tips of the finger pipes 76b, 76b. Due to the rotation of the finger pipes 76b, 76b, the inserted rubber strings S, S stand up on both end pieces P2. It will be wound around P2, but at this time the lock by the stopper 75a is released and the feed rod 74
As explained above, the hook is retreating from the position. Reference numeral 78 is a sheet presser installed between the winding pipes 76 and 76, which descends when the rubber string S is wound and presses both ends of the paper piece P' on the table 5 in the traveling direction from above. This is intended to prevent the sheet piece P' from shifting during winding. The sheet piece restrainer 78 includes a vertical driving means 78a such as an air cylinder, and a pair of front and rear restraining members 78b, 78b made of urethane or the like fixed in a gate shape at the lower end of the driving means 78a (however, only one is shown in the drawing). ), which makes it desirable to be adopted.

This first aligning device 92 is intended to align the products G as they are, but in the case of turning, the second aligning device 93 which folds the products G in half and aligns them as shown in FIG. They are installed at the same level orthogonal to the traveling direction of the conveyor 91. That is, a folding plate 94 that moves up and down is installed above the feeding conveyor 91, and a plurality of pinch roll groups 95 are placed directly below the folding plate 94. Then, at the end of this pinch roll group 95, a second alignment device 93 is installed as described above.
is installed. If you want to align the products G by folding them in half, drive the pinch roll group 95, lower the folding plate 94, and apply it to the center of the products G traveling on the feeding conveyor 91. The product G is bitten into the pinch roll group 95, moves within the pinch roll group 95 in a folded state, and is supplied to the second alignment device [93]. In the aligning device 93, the products G are folded in half and aligned on the aligning table 93a in the same manner as described above. The second alignment device 93 has the same configuration as the first alignment device 92, and therefore will be designated by corresponding reference numerals in the drawings and its explanation will be omitted.

In the process of winding the rubber cord to form the ear loop, both end pieces of the sheet piece are made to stand up in advance, so the winding pattern is stable and there is no variation in dimensions. No manual product modifications are required. In particular, when the rubber cord feeding/winding means is configured as claimed in claim 5, by appropriately setting the operation timing of each component, ear hooks of a certain size can be reliably formed into a loop and cut. At the same time, the cut end portions can be automatically drawn into the folded portions of both end pieces, thereby eliminating the need to cut off the end portions of the rubber cord and dramatically increasing the efficiency of the work. Therefore, production at an extremely low cost is guaranteed, and the disposable mask thus obtained literally exhibits full practical value as a disposable mask, and its useful value is extremely large.
