【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、各種の回転駆動系に生起される振動
を吸収抑制する動的吸振器に関するものである。

環形のハブaの筒部外周に振動リングbを同心的
に離間配置し、該ハブaと振動リングbをゴム部
材cにより連結したものが知られている。ゴム部
材cには、このハブaと振動リングbを結合する
部分c1のほかにハブaの外周側に突起部分c2
が交互等配状に一体成形されている。

であるが、径方向の共振や遠心力の作用により一
定の回転数域において振動リングbがハブaすな
わち回転中心に対して大きく偏心する事態を生
じ、新たな振動や騒音を発生させる問題を有して
いる。上記吸振器はこの偏心を抑えるように上記
突起部分c2を備えているが、加硫型に部品を挿
入する関係上、ハブaと振動リングbの隙間を小
さく設定することができず、この間にゴム材製の
大きな突起部分c2が設けられる構成であるた
め、偏心に対し材質的に十分に機能し得ない問題
を残しており、新たな解決策が要望されている。

当接させ、前記外縁角部に潤滑材をコーテイング
してなる構成とした。
