この考案は電子機器類の構成装置に関し、さら
に詳しくは、電子機器のプリント配線基板の取外
し作業を容易にした構成装置に関する。

そのプリント配線基板はメンテナンスや、検査の
都合で匡体から取外す必要があり、その取外し作
業を行い易くするために種々の工夫が施されてい
る。 例えば、第1図に示されているように、プリン
ト配線基板1の端縁にはコネクタ2が取付けら
れ、他端縁には指懸り窓孔3が穿設されて構成さ
れている。 また、第2図に示されているプリント配線基板
1は一端縁にコネクタ2が取付けられており、他
端縁両側に中間部が枢支されたてこ杆4があつ
て、このてこ杆4の先端部がプリント配線基板1
の両側に張出しており、この部分が匡体5に当た
るようになつている。 前者は指懸り窓孔3に指を入れて矢印方向にプ
リント配線基板全体を引張ることで、匡体から抜
取るのである。また、後者はてこ杆4を矢印方向
に回転させることで、その先端部を匡体5に当
て、この接触点を支点としてプリント配線基板全
体を抜取るのである。 したがつて、前者は、指懸り窓孔3をプリント
配線基板に穿設する必要があつて実装密度の高い
ものや、小型製品には不向きであり、また、指を
入れるための空間が周囲にないものには適用でき
ない。後者の場合には、プリント配線基板の抜去
時以外には全く使用されない部材を取付けるため
にコスト高となり、また、指懸り窓孔より大きい
スペースを必要とするなどの問題があり、コンピ
ユータや、ゲームマシンなどのように比較的頻繁
に基板単位のメンテナンスや、交換を必要とする
機器以外には割高となりメリツトが少ない。

れ、前記プリント配線基板が組み付けられる匡体
と、前記抜去用窓孔に対応する位置で前記匡体に
形成された凹所とを備えており、抜去用工具の支
点が前記凹所に置かれ、且つその先端部が前記抜
去用窓孔に挿入されることを特徴とする。

3図において符号10はプリント配線基板(以
下、PCBと略称する)を示し、図示しないが電
子部品が組込まれた回路をもつており、端部には
コネクタ11があり、後述する匡体側に取付けら
れているコネクタと結合できるようになつてい
る。このPCB10は抜去方向の先端縁部に窓孔
12が穿けてあり、この窓孔12の近くに抜去方
向を示す案内矢印13が描出されており、PCB
10の両側縁10aは匡体20に形成したスリツ
ト中に挿入支持されている。 匡体20はアルミニウム材や、鉄材などで成形
されたもので、全体として箱型をしていて、両側
板21にスリツト22が形成されており、開放端
側からPCB10を挿入してその両側縁を前記ス
リツト22で支持させている。 この匡体20には、支持状態のPCB10の窓
孔12と向い合う位置に、てこ杆の支点位置とな
る凹欠23が形成されている。さらに、匡体20
はPCB10のもつコネクタ11と結合すること
ができるコネクタ24をもつていて、PCB10
の固定機能も持つている。 次に、この考案による電子機器類の構成装置に
おけるPCB抜去作業について説明する。先ず、
匡体20の凹欠23からPCB10の窓孔12に、
てこ杆の代用としてドライバXを挿入し、凹欠2
3をてこ支点としてドライバXを矢印T方向に動
かし、先端部でPCB10を矢印S方向に動かす
ことでコネクタ11,24の結合を解除すると共
に、抜去する。 匡体20に形成した凹欠23は、てこ杆のてこ
