Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a lifting device efficiently by lifting a gondola loading a material thereinto to a balcony of a work space by a crane, removing a link of a rope to move the crane to another work, and, putting back the crane after completing the delivery of the material. CONSTITUTION:A gondola 20A having a housing section 22 in which a material is loaded is lifted by a crane to move it to a balcony 16 of a building 10, and a hook section 21 is inserted into an opening 16A1. After that, a stopping member 24 is brought into contact with the bottom of the balcony 16, and a link of a hanger rope 23 is removed from a hook of the crane. Then, the carne is moved to another work, and after completing the delivery of the material to a work space, the crane is put back to the outside of the balcony 16. The gondola 20A is lifted by the crane in reverse sequence of carriage to separate it from a building, and it is moved to a place loaded with the material. The material is transported anywhere a projection hooking the hook section exists by the gondola. According to the constitution, a lifting device can be efficiently used and, at the same time, the complete execution having no scaffold can be easily realized.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Recently, scaffoldless construction methods have been increasingly used, in which buildings are constructed without scaffolding on the outside of the building. However, there is no efficient method for transporting materials to intermediate floors of a building under construction. The method (i) not only requires a long span of scaffolding, but also has the disadvantage that materials can only be transported in the vertical direction.

In apartment complexes, horizontal transportation of materials, etc. is an extremely time-consuming task. Since the method (h) requires the provision of a loading stage on the intermediate floor of the building, application of this method to the scaffold-free construction method will drastically reduce the advantages of the scaffold-free construction method.

The height of the gondola may be lower than the floor height of the intermediate floor of the building, or may be higher than the floor height of the intermediate floor. When the pair of latching parts are attached to the side of the gondola facing the building below the storage part of the gondola, the latching members are respectively provided on the pair of arms provided at the lower part of the side of the gondola facing the building. When a pair of latching parts are attached to the side of the gondola facing the building above the storage part of the gondola, a pair of latching members are provided below the side of the gondola facing the building. Then, with the latching portion of the gondola hooked onto the protruding portion of the building, the stop member of the gondola is engaged with the building to support the gondola in a substantially vertical state.

Effects of the Invention In the method for transporting objects of the present invention, a hoisting device of a lifting device is hung on a gondola, the hoisting device lifts the gondola and moves it to a desired position on an intermediate floor of a building, and the hanging portion of the gondola is placed on a gondola. The gondola is supported by the protrusion, the hoist of the lifting device is removed from the gondola, an object is taken in from the gondola or the object is loaded onto the gondola, the hoist of the hoist is hung on the gondola again, and the hoist of the hoist is removed from the gondola. Lifts the gondola, moves the gondola to a desired location on the ground, removes the lifting equipment from the gondola, loads items onto the gondola, or removes items from the gondola.
Gondolas can be used to transport items to (or from) any place where there is a protruding part that can be hung, reducing transportation costs. 6. Construction materials for buildings under construction. If used for transporting objects such as the like, complete scaffold-free construction can be easily achieved.
