面に、金属板にて略椀型に形成し、且つ、該椀型
部の周囲にフランジ部を造形して成るロータ部材
を回転自在に枢着し、該ロータ部材におけるフラ
ンジ部に、円弧状のスリツト溝を設け、前記フラ
ンジ部のうち前記スリツト溝の外側の部分を、前
記抵抗膜に対して接触する摺動端子部に形成し、
該摺動端子部を、その内周部における内側摺動端
子片と外周部における外側摺動端子片とに分割し
て成るチツプ型可変抵抗器において、前記ロータ
部材におけるフランジ部の外周縁のうち前記摺動
端子片と反対側の部分に、当該フランジ部の下面
に向つて折り返し状に折り曲げて成るリング体を
一体的に連接し、該リング体のうち前記フランジ
部における摺動端子片に隣接する部分に、前記抵
抗膜に対して接触する少なくとも一つの補助摺動
端子片を形成したことを特徴とするチツプ型可変
