Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the lens performance greatly by bringing plural resin-made lenses into mutual contact by integral molding. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder body 1 is molded (primarily) by using the injection metallic mold consisting of a fixed-side insert 12, a fixed mold 10, a movable mold 13 which forms the external surface of the cylinder body 1, and a movable liner 14 which forms the inner peripheral surface of a reception part 1c and the convex surface 2a and recessed part 2a of a convex lens 2. A 2nd fixed-side insert 17 is used to form the concave surface 3b of a concave lens 3 and the annular surface of a collar part 3d connecting with it, and a passage 18 for supplying resin (tertinary injected material) for molding the concave lens 3 is formed inside. In this case, plural lenses are molded out of resin in one body to securely and easily contact one another. Consequently, the adhesive strength of the border surfaces between the lenses becomes excellent and the lens performance can be improved greatly.

However, since the above-mentioned conventional resin composite lens is composed of three parts: the cylinder l, the convex lens 2, and the concave lens 3, it takes time and effort to assemble, increasing the cost, and both lenses 2. It is difficult to bond the lenses 2 and 3 with sufficient adhesion, and a space is likely to form at the interface between the lenses 2 and 3, resulting in a decrease in lens performance and clouding at the interface due to moisture entering this space. The problem was that it was easy to do.

The basic structure of the compound lens of the present invention is the same as that of the conventional compound lens shown in FIG. 1, but the difference is that the cylindrical body L, convex lens 2. The concave lens 3 is integrally molded. And these cylinders 1. To explain the convex lens 2 and the concave lens 3 in detail, the cylindrical body l has a large cylindrical portion 1a.
The convex lens 2 is composed of a pair of convex curved surfaces 2a and 2b. a convex lens portion 2c, a brim portion 2d provided on the outer edge of the convex lens portion 2C and in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the small cylinder portion 1b and the receiving portion 1c, and the brim portion 2d and the convex curved surface 2a.
and a ring-shaped recessed portion 2e formed between. Further, the concave lens 3 has a pair of concave curved surfaces 3.
It consists of a concave lens part 3c composed of parts a and 3b, and a flange part 3d provided at the outer edge of this concave lens part 3°,
The concave curved surface 3a of this concave lens 3 and the flange portion 3d connected thereto
The annular surface and outer circumferential surface of are formed in close contact with the upper surface of the convex lens 2 and the inner circumferential surface of the small cylindrical portion 1b of the cylindrical body I, respectively.

When integrally molding the compound lens configured as described above, first, as shown in FIG. A bushing 11 forming the inner circumferential surface of the bushing 1a, and a small cylindrical portion 1b that is removably fitted into the bushing 11.
, the back surface of the receiving part 1c (the brim part 2 of the convex lens 2
d) and the first fixed side insert 12 forming the convex curved surface 2b of the convex lens 2, approaching the fixed mold 10,
A movable mold 13 which is provided so as to be separable and forms the outer surface of the cylinder l, and which is fitted into the movable mold 13 and includes the inner circumferential surface of the receiving portion 1c, the convex curved surface 2a of the convex lens 2, and the recessed portion 2e. The cylindrical body 1 is molded (-next molding) using an injection mold consisting of a movable individual element 14 that forms a movable individual element 14. In other words, a cylinder! A forming resin (secondary injection material) is filled into the cavity from a primary injection material supply passage 15 formed in the movable mold 13 . In this case, the first stationary insert 12 has a secondary injection material supply passage I6 formed therein, but no resin is supplied thereto.

Further, since the lower surface of the first stationary side insert 12 and the upper surface of the movable individual element 14 are in close contact with each other at the annular portion, the resin does not enter into the central space formed by the two.

is separated from the movable individual child 14 by a predetermined distance. In this state, using the secondary injection material supply passage 16, the resin (secondary injection material) for molding the convex lens 2 is supplied to the first injection material.
The convex lens 2 is molded (secondary molding) by supplying it into the space between the fixed side insert 12, the movable individual child 14, and the cylindrical body l formed by primary molding.

Next, when the secondary molding is completed and the convex lens 2 is molded, the first fixed side insert 12 is pulled out and the second fixed side insert 17 is inserted into the bushing 11, as shown in FIG. insert. This second fixed side insert 17 is for forming the concave curved surface 3b of the concave lens 3 and the annular surface of the flange portion 3d connected thereto, and has a passage for supplying resin (tertiary injection material) for molding the concave lens 3 inside. 18 are formed. Then, using this tertiary injection material supply passage 18, the resin for molding the concave lens is poured into the space formed by the already molded cylinder l, convex lens 2, and second fixed side insert I7. The concave lens 3 is formed by filling (tertiary forming).

As explained above, since the present invention is made by integrally molding a plurality of resin lenses, the lenses can be easily and reliably brought into close contact with each other, thereby improving the adhesion of the interface between the lenses. Therefore, the lens performance can be greatly improved, and problems such as clouding between lenses can be prevented from occurring, and the lens can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.
