産業上の利用分野 本発明はサウナ室の床側敷設材に関し、詳しく
は、加熱加湿するサウナ室内の床上に、痩身作
用、美顔・美肌作用のある材料を一定の厚さで充
填して、サウナ室利用時における痩身および全身
美容効果を向上させるものである。 従来の技術 従来、一般に提供されているサウナ装置では、

と発汗量は多くなく、減量効果が落ちる結果とな
る。 また、従来のサウナ室では、発汗作用を促進し
て体内より水分を発散させるだけであるため、他
の美肌作用等の効果はない。 発名の目的 本発明は、サウナ室利用時における減量効果を
向上させると共に、美肌効果等も有する材料を床
上に充填敷設し、サウナ室内で快適な状態で減量
効果を高めることを目的とするものである。 発明の構成および作用 上記した目的を達成するため、本発明は、密閉
案内を高温高湿状態とて発汗作用を促進するサウ
ナ室の床上、脱水作用を有する塩を主成分とする
と共に、美肌作用を有する炭酸ガスを発生させる
硫酸ナトリウム及び、種々の痩身美容効果を有す
る成分を含む砂粒状の高蓄熱材を充填敷設し、該
高蓄熱材上に利用者が伏臥することにより、所謂
砂風呂に類似した作用を施し、サウナ室利用者の
痩身美容効果を高めるものである。 詳しくは、本発明は、天井及び出入口の開閉扉
を含む全周囲を断熱材で密閉状に囲んで伏臥し得
るに十分な床面積を持つたサウナ室本体の床上
に、平面状発熱体を介して高蓄熱材を大略一定の
厚みで充填し、該高蓄熱材はその成分中に、少な
くとも、塩、硫酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウ
ムおよびポリリン酸ナトリウムを含有することを
特徴とするサウナ室の床側敷設材を提供するもの
である。 さらに、本発明は、高蓄熱材の作用効果を高め
る為に、上記高蓄熱材の成形の重量比を、塩は30
〜90℃、硫酸ナトリウムは5〜50%、炭酸水素ナ
トリウムは2〜30%、ポリリン酸ナトリウムが
0.5〜5%とし、その他、ホウ砂およびカオリン
を含むことが特徴とするサウナ室の床側敷設材を
提供するものである。 実施例 以下、本発明を図面に示す実施例により詳細に
説明する。 第1図に示すサウナ室1はカプセルハウスより
構成しており、該サウナ室1は一人が伏臥し得る
に十分な床面積をもつた長方形の部屋からなり、
床、天井および壁を一体に組み立てて密閉状の室
を形成する本体2で枠体を形成している。該本体
2の壁2aおよび天井(図示せず)は断熱材を充
填した複合パネルで形成しており、壁2aの一部
には出入口用の扉3を取り付け、該扉3をアルミ
枠材の断熱性扉としている。 サウナ室1の床材4の上面には、平面図の発熱
体5を設置し、該発熱体5の上に砂粒子状の高蓄
熱材6を大略一定の厚みで充填している。本実施
例においては、発熱体5および高蓄熱材6を床の
全体に敷設しているが、伏臥した状態で当接する
中央部分にだけ敷設してもよい。 上記高蓄熱材6は塩を主成分としたもので、該
塩と、硫酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、ポ
リリン酸ナトリウムを必須成分とし、その他、ホ
ウ砂およびカオリンを含有している。これら成分
の重量比は、塩は30〜90%、硫酸ナトリウムは5
〜50%、炭酸水素ナトリウムは2〜30%、ポリリ
ン酸ナトリウムが0.5〜5%としている。また、
該高蓄熱材6の粒子径は約12M〜80Mとし、
かつ、乾燥度を97〜95%としており、約15cmの厚
で充填している。 該高蓄熱材6としては、岩塩を粉砕して粒状化
した天然産のものでもよいし、各種成分を配合し
た合成のものでもよい。 高蓄熱材6の下部に設置する発熱体5は、サー
モスタツトで調整して高蓄熱材6の表面温度を50
〜50℃に保持している。 また、サウナ室1内には、該高蓄熱材6に入室
時に直接接触しないように、扉3に面した部位
に、熱伝導率および吸水性の悪い材質、例えば木
製の足踏板7を設置すると共に、サウナ室1の一
側壁面に沿つて枕台8を設置している。 さらに、サウナ室1内には、水蒸気を噴射する
加湿器9を設置すると共に、赤外線ヒータ10を
設置し、かつ、これらを自動調節することによ
り、サウナ室1内の湿度を60〜70%、温度を約65
〜70℃に制御している。 上記した構成よりなるサウナ室1内において、
入室者は枕台8に頭を載せて高蓄熱材6上に上半
身および下半身を接触させて伏臥する。該状態に
おいて、密閉された高温高湿の雰囲気内で発汗作
用が促されると同時に、高蓄熱材6の各種成分が
身体に作用する。即ち、主成分である塩と硫酸ナ
トリウムとにより脱水作用がなされて、効果的に
水分が発散される。また、炭酸水素ナトリウム、
ホウ砂、カオリンの作用により毛穴を開いて脂肪
や老廃棄物を出し、治療効果がある。さらに、高
蓄熱材6の表面が50℃に加熱されているため、炭
酸水素ナトリウムから適量の炭酸ガスが発生し、
該炭酸ガスおよびポリリン酸ナトリウムとにより
肌をスベスベさせる作用が施される。尚、高蓄熱
材6の温度が60℃以上になると炭酸ガスの発生量
が多くなりすぎるが、55℃以下に制御しているた
め、皮膚にとつて適量の炭酸ガスが発生してい
る。 実験例 下記の表に示すA〜Gの7名の人が、本サウナ
室に25分入室し、その前後に体重を測定し、本サ
ウナ室による減量効果を測定した。(測定日−昭
和61年4月20目)尚、本発明のサウナ室では、温
度は65〜70℃、湿度は65〜70%、高蓄熱材の表面
温度を55℃とし、該高蓄熱材の表面に伏臥しただ
けで、高蓄熱材の粒子は身体にかけていない。
