Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable generating proper humid and warmth and to make a ciliary movement lively in bronchus by combining a water absorbing and holding mate rial containing moisture with a heat generator by means of the oxidation of iron and incorporating it in a mask. SOLUTION: The heat generator 3 utilizing a thermochemical reaction by the oxidation of iron and a moisture supply body 4 being the water holding material are incorporated in the mask and through-holes 6 are arranged in them. When it is used, the heat generator 3 is brought into contact with air, moisture is supplied to the water holding material and, then, they are set in the mask. Then the material containing moisture is heated by the generator 3, vapor is generated and proper humidity and warmth are obtained in the mask. Thus, a warming and humidifying function is added to the mask so that a user easily breathes. The ciliary movement in bronchus is activated by humidity so that an ability to discharge the viruses of a cold or the like is enhanced. Besides, temp. in the mask is normally kept to be the high one so that the action of the viruses is reduced.

[0004] As with colds and influenza, the low temperature and dryness in the winter are factors that increase the activity of cold viruses. It is generally said that the cold virus is active in dry and low temperatures, and is vulnerable to high humidity and high temperature. In recent years, emphasis on indoor humidification has become an important measure to prevent colds.

[0007] In order to ensure respiration as a mask, an appropriate ventilation hole is provided in the center of the heating element / humidity supply element so that breathing can be easily performed. Further, there may be a case where no vent hole is provided in the heating element / humidity supply body, for example, when the material of the moisture supply body is breathable or when breathing is performed from the side of the mask.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A heat generating means is provided inside a mask. The heating means is a thermochemical reaction used in Cairo,
A method using heat generated by oxidation of iron is used.・ If breathing can be performed from the side of the mask, it is possible that ventilation holes may not be made in the humidifying function. Also, if the moisture retention material, which is the moisture supplier, is breathable,
It is also conceivable to provide a ventilation hole only for the heating element.・ Adhere to at least one side of the heating element,
Attach a moisture supply made of water-absorbing material. Waterproofing shall be applied to the attached surface to prevent moisture from seeping into the heating element. Depending on the type of the water retaining material, it is conceivable to waterproof the area around the moisture supply body except for one side.・ The mask and the humidification function part should be removable.
Provide a pocket on the mask side and set the humidifying function part when using. -The heating element generates heat using a thermochemical reaction when it comes into contact with air, so it is sealed before use. At this time, a method in which the heating element and the water-retentive material are sealed in advance and a method in which the heating element and the moisturizing material are separately sealed and the heating element and the water-retaining material are bonded when used are conceivable. In this case, the water retention material can be used many times.
In use, the heating element is brought into contact with air to supply water to the water retention material, and then set on a mask for use.・ The moisturizer containing moisture is heated by the heating element and generates steam to create moderate moisture and warm air in the mask. -In order to keep the air inside the mask warm, the shape of the mask surface and the shape inside the mask may have different shapes, and the shape inside the mask may be such that air does not enter through the gap between the mask and the face. Insulation material inside the mask
It is conceivable to provide a heat-reflective material so as to cover the heat-reflective material and maintain the temperature inside the mask so that the heat-retaining effect is enhanced and steam is easily generated. Although various materials can be considered as the heat insulating material and the heat reflection material, a paper-like metal material or the like may be used. -Various materials can be considered as water absorption and water retention materials, but polymer absorption materials, sponge-like materials, and skin-friendly natural materials can be considered.・ When the weight increases compared to a general mask and it is difficult to hold the mask on the face, instead of the conventional method of putting on the ear with a string, a method of fitting to the face with a special wire or a method like glasses may be considered .

The effects of the present invention are expected to be that breathing is facilitated by adding a heating / humidifying function to the mask, and the ability to excrete virus is enhanced by activating the ciliary movement of the bronchi due to moisture. It is thought that keeping the temperature inside the mask high at all times leads to a reduction in virus activity. Since the humidification function can be provided anywhere, it can be a new means of preventing cold transmission.
