コンクリート製等の無機質パネルは、耐火性能に浸れ、
安価ではあるが、概ね衝撃に弱いので大型パネルには向
かない。そして、重くて施工やレイアウトがし難く、建
物にとっても重量物であるから好ましくない。更に、埃
や欠けが生じる難点がある。

合成樹脂製や木製のものは、安くて軽い長所を有してい
るものの、耐火性能に劣り、燃えてしまう。また、強度
が弱いため、置敷に限定される難点を有している。

従来の鋼製パネルは、アルミと同程度の重さで、コンク
リート系のものに比べて約半分と軽く、強度が強く、ヤ
ング率がアルミの約3倍でたわみが少ない特徴が有るも
のの、中空構造にする等により高強度にするために溶接
を用いる従来の製造方法によると、たとえ防錆のための
表面処理鋼板を使っても溶接部分が焼けて酸化され、錆
が発生していた。このことから、塗装等による防錆処理
が必要となっていた。

成し、垂直壁内部へ支持柱4を設けてトッププレート1
又はボトムプレート2の接触部で圧締結した構造である
。

本発明でいう表面処理鋼板とは、防錆の為に亜鉛メツキ
、合成樹脂焼付は塗装、亜鉛メツキの上にクロメート処
理を施す等の表面処理がなされたものである。
縁部のほぼ全周に亘って圧締結により一体化するとは、
トッププレート1又はボトムプレート2の重合縁部を相
手側へプレス押圧により折り曲げて両者を一体化するこ
とである。

トッププレート1又はボトムプレート2に設けられた垂
直壁とは、鋼製床パネルの側面を形成するためにボトム
プレート2の底面に対して垂直に設けた壁である。

支持柱4は鋼製床パネルの内部強度を高めるためにパネ
ル上の荷重に耐えるトッププレート1とボトムプレート
2間にプレス成形して設けられた支持柱構造の部分であ
る。

の複数の支持柱4に見合う位置に有って、その縁部が下
方へ突出して折れ曲がりながらトラス構造の支持柱4の
上部を圧締結する。トッププレート1の四方縁部は下方
に折り曲げてボトムプレート2の締結フランジ部5を圧
締結するが、その縁部から内側よりに下方への押圧溝部
8が有って、その裏面がボトムプレート2の上縁に当接
する。

図5は本発明の第2実施例を示すもので、要部縦断面図
である。この例ではボトムプレート2の締結フランジ部
5が上記例と比べて明らかなように外周部を更に下方へ
折り曲げられており、トッププレート1が支持柱4の上
部を圧締結し、かつ、ボトムプレート2の締結フランジ
部5を覆うように圧締結した構造である[0015]
図6は本発明の第3実施例を示しており、この例ではこ
れまでの例と違って、ボトムプレート2の上縁部がトッ
ププレート1の周縁部を咬持した状態の締結フランジ部
9となっており、ボトムプレート2の一部を切り起して
形成した支持柱4は、上部がトッププレート1に設けら
れた締結穴10から上方へ突出して左右に折り曲げられ
た圧締結構造である。

これまで説明した本発明の鋼製床パネルの例は、いずれ
も垂直壁3や支持柱4がボトムプレート2に設けられて
いるが、本発明はこれに限定するものではなく、垂直壁
や支持柱をトッププレートに設ける等の鋼製床パネルの
多様化に伴って他の構造を提供することもできる。
