本発明は端子装置の製造方法に関し、端子を打抜
き成形する1つの順送プレス型で数種類の端子装
置を提供できると共に材料取りを有効にしてスク

12と補助巻線13とに接続されるターミナル端
子14のターミナルピン15に挿入接続される。
前記PTCサーミスタ6は電動機11の起動方式
により夫々接続方法が異なるが、端子2形状を変
えることにより前記PTCサーミスタ6のケース
9内での取付け状態を変える必要はない。前記端
子2はフアストンタブ部3を折曲げて二重構造と
して強度を補強すると共にピンリセプタクル部4
をターミナルピン15が挿入されるように折曲げ
加工するため帯状板1の打抜き加工時の材料取り
のロスを低減できる。前記帯状板1の打抜き加工
される端子2はつなぎ部分5を任意に切落し箇所
を変えることにより数種類の端子2形状を同一金

と、他方に展開された形成のピンリセプタクル部
とを形成するように帯状板から打抜く工程と、こ
の打抜かれたフアストンタブ部とピンリセプタク
ル部とを折曲げてフアストンタブ及びピンリセプ
タクル部を形成する工程と、各端子間を連結する
つなぎ部を切離し、かつ、各端子に残つたつなぎ
部をバネ接点の取付部として作られる工程とを有
しているのであるから、端子のフアストンタブと
ピンリセプタクルとを抜材の折曲げ加工で形成す
ることによつて、帯状板の打抜き加工時の材料取
りのロスを低減でき、かつ、端子間を連結するつ
なぎ部を切離し、各端子に残つたつなぎ部にバネ
接点を取付けることによつて、同一金型で数種類
の形状の端子を成形でき、起動方式により接続方
法の異なるPTCサーミスタ装置の端子を同一金
