ImadaThe method for interposing a fuse in each branched circuit from the same power source via a branch section is to install electrical connectors in series on a strip, and connect one of them to a wire connection section. Connect the electric wire coming from the power supply side, connect one terminal part of the blade fuse to the electrical contact part of each electrical connector, and connect the end of the electric wire coming from the load side to the other terminal part of the blade fuse. Generally, a method is used in which each terminal is connected using an electrical connector formed on the terminal, but a chain electrical connector consisting of the above-mentioned strip and an electrical connector consecutively installed on the strip has conventionally been used. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of electrical connectors connected to the wire contact portion and the electric contact portion are provided on one side of the strip by punching and bending a metal plate having spring properties, The pitch between the electrical connectors, which is determined when the electrical connectors are in the unfolded state, was adjusted by bending the electrical connectors at the positions on the strip. When connected by crimp,
Compared to other connectors, the width of this connector is appropriately expanded in the axial direction by crimping, and for this adjustment, other connectors are blank-struck (without intervening wires, the wire connection area is It was necessary to perform compression processing and elongation).

Furthermore, since the only mechanical and electrical connection between the strip and the connector is between the bottom of the wire connection portion and the strip, the strength and electric capacity of this portion are low.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present application interposes a strip between the electrical contact part and the wire connection part of the electrical connector, and embosses the strip on the shaft of the electrical connector to form a substantially U-shaped groove on the end surface of the part. In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the bottom and both sides of the groove are continuously connected to the bottom and both sides of the electrical contact part and the wire connection part, respectively.

以下本考案実施の一例を図面に基いて説明する。An example of implementing the present invention will be explained below based on the drawings.

FIG. 2 shows a state in which a metal plate 1 with spring properties is punched out, and on a strip 2 are provided an appropriate number of electrical connector-shaped holes 3, perpendicular to the strip 2. 3'... are connected, and the electrical contact part shape 4 and the electrical connection part shape 5 are connected to each other through the strip 2. They are shaped so as to protrude from both sides of the strip 2, respectively.

Since the present invention has such a structure, even if one of the electrical connectors 8 chained on the strip 2 is crimped and connected to an electric wire, the electrical connector 8 will not expand in the axial direction due to the crimping process. This does not affect the electrical contact part 6, but is limited to the wire connection part 7 protruding from one side of the strip 2, and there is no need to dry connect other electrical connectors 8 as in the conventional case. .

Further, the end surface of the strip 2 is embossed into a substantially U-shape on the axis of the electrical connector 8, so that the pitch between the consecutive electrical connectors 8 can be adjusted at that part, and the U-shaped groove 9 is Bottom part 9a and both sides 9
b, 9b' to the bottom 5a of the electrical contact part 6 and the wire connection part 7.
, 7a' and both sides 6b, 6b', 7b, 7b'
Since the strips 2 and the electrical connectors 8 are connected in series, the connection function between the strip 2 and the electrical connector 8 is strong, and electrically, the cross-sectional area is large and the Joule heat generated in the section is strong. At the same time, the heat generated by the contact resistance between the electrical connection part 6 and other terminals combined therewith is efficiently dissipated onto the strip 2.
