B. Prior Art An example of a bridge inspection vehicle to which the lifting assist device of the present invention is preferably applied will first be described with reference to FIG. This bridge inspection vehicle has a rotating platform 2 mounted on a self-propelled vehicle 1, and is equipped with an elevating boom 3 that can be controlled to raise and lower. A hollow saddle 4 is attached to the tip of the elevating boom 3 so as to be pivotable in a vertical plane.
A vertical boom 5 is mounted within this hollow space so as to be controllable to reciprocate in the longitudinal direction. A rotating body 6 is attached to the lower end of the vertical boom 5, and a telescoping inspection walkway 7, which can be driven directly into position and retracted, is pivotably attached thereto as shown by arrow A. The bridge inspection vehicle having such a configuration folds the vertical boom 5 and the inspection walkway 7 parallel to the elevating boom 3, stores it on the vehicle body, and moves to the inspection destination by itself. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1, the elevating boom 3 and the vertical boom 5 are driven and used to extend the inspection walkway 7 in order to inspect, for example, a bridge 9 on the lower side of an elevated road.

In such a configuration, the length of the vertical boom 5 is restricted during self-propelled movement, and therefore the length of the vertical boom 5 when stored is restricted. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the lowering limit of the inspection walkway 7 is when the vertical boom 5 is lowered to the lowest position and the elevating boom 3 is laid down as much as possible. However, there are cases where inspection cannot be performed without lowering the inspection walkway 7 further than this, for example, when the height of the bridge girder is high, such as a box girder, or when the soundproof wall 8 is high.

For this purpose, for example, as described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 52-126820, a structure has been proposed in which a frame assembly corresponding to the vertical boom 5 is telescopically extended and retracted.

However, such a nested structure inevitably makes the structure very complicated and expensive. Furthermore, since bridge inspection vehicles are usually provided exclusively for specific roads, etc., there are cases in which the lack of height becomes a major problem and cases in which it is not. Therefore, it is disadvantageous to employ a complicated and expensive nested structure for these uses.

C. Purpose of the invention The purpose of the invention is to avoid complicating the structure and to provide a lifting aid for bridge inspection vehicles that can extremely easily increase the moving height and length of the inspection walkway as needed with an inexpensive structure. The purpose is to provide equipment.

E Example A feature of the present invention is that the inspection walkway 7 is
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the structure is easy to attach and detach. That is, a pair of parallel movable arms 10 (only one of which is shown) is pivotally attached to the rotating body 6 at its base end by a shaft 11 so as to project laterally. This movable arm 10 is an elongated beam, and the tip of the rod 13 of the hydraulic cylinder 12, one end of which is pivotally attached to a position (not shown) of the rotating body 6, is at a point P near the tip of the movable arm 10. Pivotally connected. As a result, the fluid pressure cylinder 12 is energized to expand and contract the rod 13, thereby moving the rod 13 upward from the diagonally downward working position shown in the figure.
It is designed to be able to pivot in an angular range of approximately 90 degrees as indicated by . As shown in FIG. 4, a bracket 14 is fixed to the top of the movable arm 10 near its base end on both sides, forming a groove 16 with a "U"-shaped cross section facing upward. A pin receiving hole 15 is formed in alignment with the upright wall portion of the holder. Further, a tightening fixture 17 is attached near the tip of the movable arm. This tightening fixture 17
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the bolt member 19 is pivotally mounted to a bracket 18 fixed to the side surface of the movable arm so as to be pivotable in the direction shown by arrow C.

On the other hand, the proximal end of the inspection walkway 7 is placed on a movable arm 10 that is in the working position and can protrude diagonally downward, as shown in the figure, so that the movable arm 10 extends horizontally. It has a pair of parallel bottom frames 20 (only one shown) that are inclined at the same angle as the angle of inclination of the bottom frames 20 . The bottom surfaces of these bottom frames 20 are provided with grooves 16 having a "U"-shaped cross section formed by the brackets 14 of the movable arms 10 mentioned above.
A bracket 21 is fixed in such a position that it can be inserted into the body, and a bracket 14 is attached to this bracket.
A pin receiving hole 22 is formed which is aligned with the pin receiving hole 15 of. A parallel flange is provided at the base of the pin 22a passing through these, and is prevented from slipping out by a thumbscrew 14a provided on the movable arm side. Further, a bracket 24 having a "U"-shaped groove 23 for receiving the bolt member 19 is fixed to the aforementioned tightening fixture 17, that is, the pivoting bolt member 19, and is used to tighten the nut member 25. This allows the movable arm 10 and the bottom frame 20 to be firmly fixed together by inserting the pin 22a into the matching pin receiving hole. In this case, the upper surface of the movable arm 10 is provided with a guide receiver 10a having a groove in the shape of a square, and the lower surface of the bottom frame 20 is provided with a guide piece 20a that fits into this groove.

Now, as described above, if it is known in advance that the range of descent and extension of the inspection walkway will be insufficient when the inspection walkway 7 is directly attached to the movable arm 10, the movable arm 10 and Corridor 7
An auxiliary walkway 40 as shown in FIG. 6 is interposed between the two. That is, this auxiliary hallway has a frame structure including a vertical portion 40A that extends in the vertical direction, an upper hallway connecting portion 40B that projects horizontally at the upper end, and a lower hallway connecting portion 40C provided at the lower end. has been done. The vertical portion 40A is provided with a ladder 41 so that a worker can climb up and down the hollow interior. The upper walkway connecting portion 40B is connected to the movable arm 10 in the same manner as the base end portion of the inspection walkway 7 described above.
A pair of frames 4 tilted so that they can be connected to
2, and also has a bracket 43 (similar to 21) and a bracket 44 (similar to 24) at the top. Conversely, the lower walkway connecting portion 40C is similarly inclined so that it can be connected and fixed to the frame 20 at the proximal end of the inspection walkway 7, and the bracket 4
5 (similar to 14) and a tightening fixture 17.

F. Explanation of the function Since it is configured in this way, the inspection walkway 7
If it is necessary to expand the range of descent, the inspection walkway 7 may be installed with an auxiliary walkway 40 interposed between the rotating body 6 and the inspection walkway 7, as shown in FIG. As a practical matter, it is not necessary to carry out such rearrangement often, and it is only necessary to assemble the parts with the auxiliary walkway 40 interposed therebetween only when it is required in advance for inspection purposes. Further, since the connection structure is designed to facilitate connection, it can be easily performed.
