内されつつニツプル本体10の下側へ刺繍運針量
aよりも長く引き出され、板バネ30の自由先端
で上凸の弛みを形成する状態である。第3図C
は、ニツプル本体10が縫着用針14に先立つて
下降する際、引き出された刺繍素材24はガイド
20,20′の間に位置する板バネ30の先端部
によつてその対向面へ押し付けた抵抗により上方
へ戻らないために引き出された量b(第3図B)
と刺繍運針量aの差分だけの上凸の弛みを形成し
つつある状態を表わし、その後、第3図Aに示し
た状態となる。これの繰り返しによつて刺繍素材
24は、第4図の平面図及び第5図の側面図に示
すように刺繍用基布32の面にフリル状またはタ
ツク状に縫着されるのである。
