た。Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-46011 discloses a light-shielding masking film using a release layer containing a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and nitrile rubber (elastomer); discloses a light-shielding masking film using a release layer containing vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and polyurethane (elastomer), but the characteristics of the masking film depend on the mixing ratio of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and elastomer. For example, as the proportion of elastomer increases, the peel strength increases, but the blocking property (
It has the disadvantage that it tends to become sticky (stickiness) and tends to stretch when peeled off. Furthermore, when the proportion of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer increases, the release layer becomes more likely to break during peeling, making it difficult to peel. Also, the adhesive strength between the release layer and the support decreases, so impact or distortion may cause the release layer to break. However, even if the mixing ratio of vinyl chloride copolymer and elastomer is adjusted, the properties required for a masking film cannot be sufficiently satisfied. I couldn't.

To provide a light-shielding masking film in which a non-peelable part of a peeling layer does not lift up from a support or peel off due to impact or distortion applied to the masking film during handling work.

The state of Plocking after being left unattended was investigated.

It can be seen that in Examples 1, 3, and 5, which do not contain silica, the blocking resistance is further improved in Examples 1, 3, and 5, which do not contain silica. Comparative Example 1, which has a low ratio of vinyl chloride-maleic acid copolymer, has poor blocking resistance and peeling property, and Comparative Example 2, which has a high ratio of vinyl chloride-maleic acid copolymer, has good blocking resistance, but the non-peelable area is lifted. occurs.

Furthermore, in Comparative Example 4 in which silica was added to this, the blocking resistance was improved, but lifting of the non-peelable portions was not prevented.
