Description of the Related Art In screen printing, after a certain number of times of printing, the paste (ink) backs up on the screen printing plate to contaminate the printed material or bleeding of the printed image, resulting in accurate and beautiful printing. It will be in a state where you can not. Conventionally,
In order to prevent such bleeding at the time of screen printing, a method is known in which the paste lined on the back side of the plate is removed using an adhesive sheet.

There is. Further, JP-A-6-297681 also describes a method of removing the backing paste by attaching an adhesive sheet to a plate and peeling it off. It is said that this method is less affected by dust and dust generated from the waste and the paper and can prevent printing defects due to the dust and the dust, as compared with a method of wiping with a waste or paper using a solvent. However, in the above-mentioned document, there is almost no description about the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet used for removing the backing paste, and only Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-74893 discloses a suitable film thickness and pressure-sensitive adhesive force.

There wasn't. For example, there is no adhesive sheet with a weak adhesive force that can sufficiently remove the paste on the back side, and an adhesive sheet with a strong adhesive force can remove the paste, but it is difficult to remove it from the screen plate because the adhesive force is too strong. In addition, the emulsion of the screen plate was peeled off from the plate.

Is preferably used because there is no risk of paper dust being generated. The thickness of the base material is also not particularly limited and may be appropriately set in consideration of strength, workability, etc., but is generally 10 to 500 μm, preferably 12 to 200 μm, and more preferably 15 to 100 μm.
It is about μm.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing fine particles can be formed by adding fine particles into a pressure-sensitive adhesive and applying the dispersed pressure-sensitive adhesive composition on a substrate. Such fine particles are not particularly limited as long as they are incompatible with the pressure-sensitive adhesive. For example, organic fine particles made of synthetic resin such as polymethylmethacrylate resin, melamine resin or natural resin; amorphous silica, alumina Examples thereof include inorganic particles such as inorganic oxides, inorganic hydroxides, and inorganic salts.

It is sufficient that the particles are in a dispersed form. For example, when a solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to a substrate to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a compatible uniform pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied to the substrate and then the solvent is removed by drying to separate the phase. It is also possible to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing fine particles by causing the fine particles to form fine particle domains mainly composed of a non-adhesive component. The fine particles in the sea-island structure are also included in the fine particles of the present invention.

The fine particle-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be formed by adding it inside. As a typical example of this, an excessive amount of an isocyanate crosslinking agent or the like (for example, about 10 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of an acrylic polymer) is added to an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, and this is coated on a substrate. And the case of forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. In addition, as another example, vinyl chloride resin, vinyl acetate resin, copolymers thereof, vinyl chloride-methylmethacrylate copolymer, etc. are added to an acrylic or rubber-based adhesive, and this is applied to a substrate. The case where it coats and forms an adhesive layer is also mentioned.

It is about 0 μm, preferably about 0.01 to 5 μm.
When the average particle diameter of the fine particles is less than 0.01 μm, the adhesive force is too strong and the adhesive sheet is difficult to peel off from the screen plate. Further, when the particle size of the fine particles exceeds 10 μm, the adhesive force becomes too weak, and the removal ability of the paste backing the screen plate is likely to decrease.

The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not particularly limited and can be arbitrarily set as long as the predetermined characteristics are obtained. For example, it is about 5 to 5000 μm, preferably about 10 to 2000 μm.

If it exceeds N / 25 mm, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is difficult to peel off from the screen plate, and the emulsion may be peeled off from the screen plate, or the screen may stretch due to repeated work to cause printing failure. Generally, the adhesiveness of the paste is low and the removability of the paste is lowered. However, in the present invention, the adhesiveness of the adhesive layer is reduced by adding or forming fine particles, so that the removability of the paste is maintained at a high level. At the same time, damage to the screen plate can be significantly reduced.

According to the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, even if the pressure-sensitive adhesive is originally strong in adhesive strength, the apparent pressure-sensitive adhesive strength is reduced by the fine particles present in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,
It can be peeled from the screen printing plate with an appropriate force while maintaining the removability of the paste that has spread to the back side of the screen printing plate, and does not damage the screen printing plate.
