However, when winding ribbon using such a manual winding machine, a lot of manual work is required, so the productivity per manual winding machine (per worker) is low, and the ribbon winding process This required a large number of personnel, which was one of the reasons for the increase in the manufacturing cost of the ribbon. Furthermore, since winding is done manually, the edges of the ribbon tend to be uneven on the rolled bobbin, which poses a problem in terms of the commercial value of the bobbin.

In this embodiment, the core body 25 held in this manner is securely held by a holding tool 86 that is slidably attached to the rotating shaft 48 of the second holding member 12. As shown in FIG. 8, in this embodiment, the retainer 86 faces the second flange 13 of a disc body 89 having an insertion hole 87 in the center through which the rotating shaft 48 is inserted. A side surface (inner surface) 90 is provided with needle-like protrusions 92 projecting through holes 91 provided at four corners of the peripheral edge of the fixed portion of the contact plate 49. Note that the retainer 86 is configured so that the groove 93 provided in the insertion hole 87 and the rotating shaft 48 come into contact so that the projection 92 of the second holding member 12 is always inserted through the through hole 91 even when the second holding member 12 rotates. The locking protrusion 94 provided in the axial direction on the portion near the plate portion 49 is engaged with the locking protrusion 94 to prevent rotation and allow the plate portion 49 to slide. Then, as the retainer 86 approaches the abutting plate portion 49,
The protrusion 92 bites into the side surface of the core 25 (the third
4 and 13), and when the retainer 86 separates from the abutment plate 49, the protrusion 92 is removed from the through hole 91. Note that the amount of bite of the protrusion 92 into the core body 25 can be adjusted according to the width of the core body 25. Furthermore, the sliding movement of the retainer 86 is caused by the static ring 95 attached to the retainer 86 and the static ring 95, as shown in FIG. 4, for example.
a swinging link 96 whose one end is rotatably pivoted and swings about the center, and a fixed link 97 whose base is fixed to the sliding portion 35 of the first holding member 10 and extends laterally. , a sliding means 100 consisting of a connecting link 99 whose both ends are rotatably connected to the other end of a swinging link 96 and the tip of a fixed link 97.
This is performed in conjunction with the movement of the first holding member 10. As shown in FIG. 11, the stationary ring 95 has a circular recess 102 on its inner surface into which a bearing 101 is fitted, and an insertion hole through which the rotary shaft 48 can be inserted through the central portion of the circular recess 102. The bearing 101 has a hole 103, and a cylindrical portion 104 (see FIG. 10) that protrudes from the outer surface of the disc body 89 of the holder 86 is fitted into the inner ring of the bearing 101. Therefore, even if the holder 86 rotates due to the rotation of the rotating shaft 48, the stationary ring 95 does not rotate.

As mentioned above, the core body 25 is
When the second holding member 12 is rotated with the protrusion 92 biting into the side surface of the core body 25, the core body 25 rotates, and at the same time, the frictional force generated between the core bodies and The rotating portion 42 of the first clamping member 10 rotates due to the frictional force generated between the core body 25 and the clamping end 10a (see FIG. 3) of the first clamping member 10, and the guide member 9 also rotates. The core body 25, which rotates together and is sandwiched between the first flange 11 and the second flange 13, rotates smoothly and effortlessly.

The core body is held between the first and second holding members with winding flanges formed at both ends thereof.
Therefore, when winding a tape-like object, the winding can be performed correctly and stably, and the rolled tape-like object can be wound with high commercial value, with the edges of the wound tape-like object being neatly aligned. I can do it. Furthermore, as the core body, an inexpensive round body which does not have a winding collar, which is obtained by cutting a rod-shaped body made of styrene foam or the like into rounds at a required width, can be used as it is, so it is excellent in economical efficiency.

When supplying the core between the first and second holding members, the core is passed through a guide member having a core guide path. However, the core can be reliably supplied between both clamping members, and for example, one core can be gripped from among the stocked cores and the core can be transferred to the first and second gripping members.
The structure for supplying the core is very simple, easy to manufacture, and excellent in economy, compared to the case where an arm-based mechanism for supplying the core between the clamping members is adopted.
