[Detailed explanation of the invention] <Industrial field of application> This invention is applicable to small fish boats of several tons to several tens of tons used for pole-and-line fishing such as squid, sea bream, and bait, and similar leisure boats. This invention relates to an anchor throwing device for small ships.

<Conventional technology> Conventionally, large ships of 100 tons or more have large hulls and wide decks, so it has been possible to install a remote control winch with an anchor rope or chain winding drum inside the hull. In the case of small ships such as those mentioned above, it has not been possible to install such a winch because there is no space in the hull to install a remotely controllable winch with a winding drum, and there is also a lack of space on the deck.

For this reason, in conventional small ships, the anchor fixed at the bow is manually removed and thrown into the sea, and as the ship sinks due to its own weight, the anchor chain and rope are automatically or manually fed out. When lifting anchor, the rope 62 is wound around a small spool-shaped roll 61 that protrudes to the side of the machine room 3 and rotates, or the rope is held between multiple holding rollers, as shown by the imaginary line in Figure 1. The ends of the ropes were placed in loops on the upper deck 2, etc., one after another, while being guided or arranged manually.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, in the conventional device as described above, when loading the anchor or hoisting the anchor, it is necessary to remove the anchor and then input it, and to wind the rope around the winding drum while winding the rope. At least one worker needs to go outside the operator's cab to stack the ends in a loop. For this reason, it is dangerous to drop an anchor when the sea surface is rough or when there is wind and rain.Especially when dropping an anchor, the rope is paid out at a speed of 30 to 40 m/min, and when lifting the anchor, the rope weighs up to 50kg. When operating the rope under heavy loads, there is a danger of getting one's hand caught between the rope and the winding drum, and there are other problems such as the rope becoming tangled. At the same time, these operations also have the disadvantage of causing damage to the FRP hull.

In other small boats equipped with fish finders, there is a display monitor in the cab, and when a school of fish is detected, the operator anchors at the appropriate time while watching the monitor and hovers almost directly above the school of fish, taking into consideration wind and current. It is necessary to stop the boat, but at that time it is difficult for the person who confirms the location of the fish school and the person who operates the anchor to work together, and if the anchor position shifts, the anchor must be manually operated to adjust the position each time. Fishing or having to spread bait to attract fish, etc.
There were problems such as troublesome work, inaccurate stopping positions, and uneconomical results, resulting in poor fishing results.

Furthermore, even if it was necessary to move the ship quickly in the event of sudden wind or rain at sea, there were other problems such as being unable to do so until the anchoring work had been done manually on the deck.

FIG. 7 shows a hydraulic piping diagram of the device according to the present invention, in which a winch 25 and an anchor detachment device 14 are branched and connected to a pump unit 51. Pump unit 51
An oil supply pipe 53a and a return pipe 53b are opened in the oil tank 52 as a main circuit for refueling and return, and a pump 54 driven by the engine of the hull is interposed in the oil supply pipe 53a. It is switchably connected to switching circuits 56a and 56b of the winch 25 and the anchor attachment/removal tool 14 via a switching valve 55. The hydraulic motor 39, the brake cylinder 43, and the drive unit 16 of the anchor removal tool 14 are all connected to a return pipe 53 by a drain pipe 57.

The device of the present invention configured as described above has a switching valve 5 on a control panel (not shown) in the driver's cab.
5 can be controlled electrically, and even while watching a fish detection monitor on a fishing boat or the like. First, in the anchoring operation, the switching valve 55 is switched to anchoring while the pump 54 is operated by the engine rotation, so that the anchor attachment/removal tool 14 flips up the anchor 14, and the winch 25 rotates in the rope payout direction to sequentially pay out the rope 22. . The anchor 13 falls into the sea due to this operation, and when the anchor 13 reaches the seabed, the switching valve 55 is switched to stop. At this time, the anchor attachment/removal tool 14 returns to its original position, and the brake cylinder 43 applies a brake to the winch 25.

When lifting anchor, the switching valve 55 is switched to the anchor lifting structure while rotating the pump 54, and the winch 25 is rotated in the hoisting direction to remove the rope 22 and chain 2.
Hoist 1 and pull up anchor 13. At this time, the anchor attachment/removal tool 14 is in a laid down state, and the brake cylinder 43 is released. If it is desired to stop letting out or hoisting up the anchor cable 23 due to a tumble or the like when dropping or lifting an anchor, the switching valve 55 may be switched to stop, and the brake cylinder 43 may be automatically activated by a spring. In addition, it is preferable to use a switch or sensor that detects the amount of rope entangled, etc. to slow down the engine rotation before the completion of anchor heaving, and to automatically switch the switching valve 55 to stop when the anchor is completed. .

In addition to the type of anchor 13 that is held in a backward tilted state as shown in the illustration and is flipped up using the anchor attachment/removal tool 14,
It is also possible to employ a mechanism in which the anchor 13 is engaged and detached using an anchor engagement/disengagement device consisting of some kind of engagement device, or a mechanism in which the anchor itself is held and released using hydraulic pressure or a spring.

<Effects of the invention> According to the device of the invention configured as described above,
Even on small ships that do not have space to mount an anchor cable winding drum, it is now possible to remotely control anchor dropping and lifting by installing a small winch.
Compared to conventional anchor throwing operations that must be carried out manually, there is no danger in the work itself, and there are also fewer dangers and work that require a person to go out on deck in addition to the operation in the cab. Complexity and problems such as inefficiency and hull damage are all eliminated.

Particularly in the case of a small pole-and-line fishing boat, the anchor can be cast and lifted by one person while watching the fish detection monitor, which has the advantage that the work can be carried out quickly and reliably. In addition, since the mechanism and principle are simple, it has the advantage of being able to be attached to conventional ships at low cost.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the wrapped end of the fall storage side of the anchor cable wound around the guide reel of the winch is elastically pressed and guided by the push reel, so that when the anchor cable is wound up and let out, This prevents the anchor cable from becoming disarrayed or lost.

Further, since the receiving part 18 of the anchor attachment/removal tool stands up while receiving the base end of the anchor, there is no need for any means to prevent the anchor from slipping, and the anchor can be reliably erected and thrown in.
