An ink tube filled with ink is used as an ink supply source in an automatic stencil printing device,
This is loaded into the printing device with its ink outlet connected to the ink suction port of the stencil printing device, and is pumped through the ink outlet by a pump device built into the stencil printing device. An ink supply mechanism that sucks out ink from an ink tube has already been proposed. As shown in the attached FIGS. 1 and 2, the ink tube used in such an ink supply mechanism includes a spout portion 2 having an ink outlet 1, and a substantially conical shoulder supporting the spout portion. 3 and an abdomen 5 consisting of a resilient and flexible tube 4 connected at one end to the peripheral edge of the shoulder, the other end of which is a flattened linear closure. It has a structure configured as an end 6. Such an ink tube is preferably made of plastic by integral molding, and the portion of the tube body 4 forming the abdomen 5 is formed of a relatively thin layer of plastic so as to have a resilient and flexible structure as described above. On the other hand, the spout portion 2 and the shoulder portion 3 are made relatively thick and rigid so as to ensure stable attachment to the ink supply mechanism as described above.

When such an ink tube is attached to the ink supply mechanism as described above and the ink loaded therein is gradually sucked out from the ink outlet 1, the ink tube is crushed by atmospheric pressure and its flat closed end gradually collapses. It is desirable that the shape changes to a flat shape similar to 6. However, when the viscosity of the ink is quite high, the suction force applied to the ink at the ink outlet 1 is not sufficiently transmitted to the ink contained near the closed end 6, and the ink tube is often In some cases, a large amount of ink remains in the central part 7 of the abdomen and is crushed to a greater extent on the side closer to the ink outlet, forming a constricted part 8. Once such a constriction occurs,
As the ink is sucked out from the ink outlet 1, the constricted portion 8 is further crushed by atmospheric pressure.
Eventually, it becomes completely blocked and no more ink can be sucked out. When such a situation occurs, a large amount of ink remains in the portion 7, and the supply of ink to the plate cylinder of the stencil printing device is stopped, resulting in blurred prints.

The present invention addresses this problem and, when the ink inside is sucked out, does not create a constriction in the middle of the abdomen as described above, and as the ink is sucked out, it is directed from the flat closed end 6 toward the shoulder 3. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved ink tube so that the abdomen can be flattened completely while maintaining a shape that spreads uniformly.

This object, according to the invention, includes a spout portion having an ink outlet, a shoulder portion having a substantially conical shape supporting the spout portion, and a shoulder portion connected at one end to the periphery of the shoulder portion. An ink tube having an abdomen made of a flexible tube body made of a plastic layer with uniform thickness as a whole and having elasticity, and the other end of the tube body being crushed flat and formed as a linear closed end. In this case, the plastic layer extends linearly along the generatrix of the tube at two positions corresponding to both ends of the linear closed end, and the plastic layer is attached to the inside or outside of the tube at two positions corresponding to both ends of the linear closed end. When viewed from either the outside or the inside of the tube body, the linear deformed portion is a concave groove and when viewed from the other side, it is a convex ridge. This is achieved by an ink tube characterized in that it is formed.

In the ink tube configured as described above, the linearly deformed portion has a concave shape when viewed from the inside of the tube, so that the ink tube follows the linear closed end. This makes it easier to flatten the ink tube, thereby preventing the formation of a bulge separated by a constriction in the middle of the abdomen as described above, and at the same time, the folded part of the ink tube is In the process of uniformly flattening the tube forming the abdomen from the linear closed end toward the shoulder, the portion that is being flattened is bent. Applying force to both side edges in the direction of separating them from each other,
It acts to help flatten the tube body. This will be explained in detail later with reference to the drawings.
When the ink in the ink tube is sucked out due to the flattening action of the two tube bodies caused by the linear deformation portion, a slight imbalance in the flow of the ink causes the ink to flow halfway down the abdomen as shown in FIG. 3. The formation of the swollen portion 7 and the constricted portion 8 is effectively prevented.

Parts corresponding to those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are designated by the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2. In this embodiment, the tube 4 constituting the abdomen of the ink tube is placed along the two generatrixes of the tube 4 in the longitudinal direction at positions corresponding to both ends of the linear closed end 6 on the outside of the tube. A linear deformed portion 9 is formed which is a convex ridge when viewed from the inside and a concave groove when viewed from the inside.

In the ink tube of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, when the ink filled inside is sucked out through the ink outlet, the ink tube has its abdomen 5 closed in a straight line as shown in FIG. While maintaining a tapered shape that uniformly spreads from the end 6 toward the shoulder portion 3, it is gradually crushed into a flatter shape by atmospheric pressure from the linear closed end 6 side. Such uniform flattening of the tube body 4 is achieved by the linear deformation portion 9 forming a concave groove 10 inside the tube body 4.
, and when the tube body is bent along these linear deformation parts, these grooves provide clearance to facilitate the bending, and the state shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, which shows the front side of the ink tube, when the tube body 4 is gradually flattened from the linear closed end 6 toward the shoulder 3, the linear deformed portion 9 is slightly flattened. As a result, the linearly deformed portion acts as an elastic rib, and the moment M based on the elastic curvature exerts a tensile force as indicated by arrow F on the flattening portion 11 of the tube. This is promoted by giving an effect to help flatten this area.

FIG. 9 is a diagram similar to FIG. 5 showing another embodiment of the ink tube according to the present invention;
FIG. 0 is a sectional view according to FIG. In this embodiment, in addition to the linear deformation portion 9 in the previous embodiment, the tube body 4 has lines formed on its abdomen 5 along and continuous with the linear deformation portion 9 on both sides thereof. A deformed portion 12 is formed. This additional linear deformation portion 12 has a shape that is a concave groove when viewed from the outside of the tube body 4 and a convex ridge when viewed from the inside. In this way, in addition to the linear deformation part 9, the linear deformation part 1
2 is provided, the above-mentioned elastic rib action provided by the linear deformation portion is further strengthened, and uniform flattening of the abdomen of the tube body 4 is further promoted.
