Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inner container stopper which is not liable to impair the matchability and sealability between the neck of a container and a cap and to which vitamin E is difficultly adsorbable by adding the vitamin E to the material consisting of a soft synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Polyethylene is used as a soft synthetic resin and this polyethylene is mixed with tocopherol acetate as vitamin E to form an inner stopper having a desired shape. The tocopherol acetate is a viscous liquid and a kneaded mixture of this liquid and the polyethylene is used as a molding material to form the inner stopper by means of injection molding. The vitamin E is added in an amount of 2-2.5% and its residual amount is controlled within + or -10%.

触れるようにして24時間(50℃)放置した結果、ビ
タミンEを0.1%含む中栓であっても薬液中のビタミ
ンEの減少は、ビタミンEを全く含まない中栓に比較し
て2倍近い残存量が確認された。
