かつ、該突出部１１上面を後方へ下る上向き傾斜
面１２とし、上記凹部１０後壁に一端を固着する
とともに、凹部１０の後部上端において上下に屈
曲可能な第１屈曲部１６を有し、かつ、該第１屈
曲部１６より上記傾斜面１２に至る板状の水平部
１７の前端より前後に屈曲可能な第２屈曲部１８
を介して上方に板状の係止部１９を立設してなる
