The lower end of the hook plate 16 hanging down from the front part of the lid body is inserted into the engaging element 7 attached to the front upper edge of the rear wall 6 of the recess through the through hole 11 made in the front part of the inner plate. The hook piece 13 hanging down from the front edge of the through hole via the thin hinge part 12 is inserted into the recess, and the lower part of the hook piece is pushed and the hook piece is rotated rearward and upward about the thin hinge part. By moving the hook piece, the lower end of the hook piece rides on the inclined surface 8a of the rear height formed on the bottom wall 8 of the recess, so that the front part of the inner plate is pushed up via the hook piece, and the front part of the inner plate is further pushed up.
