従来田植機など農業用機械に使用される水田車
輪は専ら第1図(断面図)に示す如き硬質ゴムの
タイヤ本体1内にリム2を埋入して一体成型した
タイプのものが使用されているが、軽量で且つク
ツシヨン性を高める意味で昨今チユープを使用し
た空気入りタイヤ方式のものが採用されるように
なつた。

本考案は如上の問題点を解決せんとするもの
で、その特徴とするところはゴムタイヤ内部中央
の縦方向を2分するリブ隔壁及び該隔壁を介して
円周方向へ連結する左右対称の輪状空洞を形成
し、且つ上記輪状空洞とゴムタイヤ内周面のゴム
質内にスポークでサポートされたリムを埋入固設
するようになさしめる。

定肉厚の円筒状に形成すると共に、これを所定長
さに切断し且つ両端をつなぎ合せるようになさし
めるが、このつなぎ合せにさいしては円筒内を二
分するように同質材のリブ隔壁を介在させ、且つ
二分された空洞内には夫々れ発泡剤を填入してお
く。

く。該作業のためにはゴムタイヤにへそ体を作成
しておくと便利である。
