Wells include water wells, gas wells, and hot spring wells, but when a well pipe is normally installed, the inside and outside of the well pipe are filled with muddy water, and the entire hole in the strainer section is covered with a mud wall. Therefore, in the finishing work of the well, the muddy water in all the holes is replaced with clean water one by one to wash the strainer surface, and then when this washed water is lifted, the mud wall of the aquifer located corresponding to the strainer part gradually collapses. As a result, groundwater flows from the stratum through the strainer into the well pipe. In addition, there is gravel filled around the collapsed mud wall and the outside of the strainer, and if pumping continues, a natural gravel filter will form (a large gravel layer will be located near the strainer).
is formed, thereby completing the well.

However, not all wells can be finished using the above-mentioned method, and in cases where the aquifer has poor permeability or the mud wall is strong and will not collapse, special finishing methods may be required. must be considered. Therefore, special methods for this purpose include a method in which fresh water is injected from the ground through pipes, a swatzing method in which groundwater is forcibly pumped up from an aquifer, and a chemical treatment method in which special chemicals are injected into well pipes and released around the strainer. However, all of these methods had the drawbacks of being time-consuming and dangerous.

a is a well pipe, b is a strainer part of this well pipe, and 1 is a bottomed pipe 1' whose outer diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the well pipe a.
It is a cylindrical body, and a hanger 2 is provided at the upper end of this cylindrical body. A rope 3 leading to the ground is connected to this hanging hand 2. The total length of the cylindrical body 1 is approximately 3~
Although it is 4m long, the entire cylindrical body functions as a washing machine. If the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body 1 and the inner circumferential surface of the tubular well a are almost in contact with each other, the cleaning effect on the strainer section will be enhanced. 4 is a lower valve provided to open and close an opening 5 provided at the bottom 1' of the cylindrical body 1; 6 is a valve seat provided at a suitable position on the upper side of the cylindrical body 1; A through hole 7 is provided. An upper valve 8 is provided on the upper side of the valve seat 6 so as to be able to move up and down, and the through hole 7 is opened and closed by the operation of this upper valve. Reference numeral 9 denotes a stopper for stopping the upward movement of the upper valve 8, and this stopper is provided with an opening 10. Reference numeral 11 denotes a water passage hole provided on the wall surface of the cylindrical body 1 between the stopper 9 and the upper valve 8.

次に、本発明の作用について説明する。 Next, the operation of the present invention will be explained.

When trying to clean the mud wall of the strainer of a well pipe, the rope 3 is moved up and down on the ground, but the stroke width of this up and down reciprocating motion is 60 to 100 cm, and the stroke width is approximately 30 cm per minute. Do it twice.

When the washer is pulled up on the ground via the rope 3 and the hanger 2, the lower part of the cylindrical body 1 will be in a negative pressure state, so the lower valve 4 will open the bottom opening 5, and the upper valve 8 will open the valve seat. The through hole 7 is opened. At the same time, in the lower part of the cylindrical body 1, water in the stratum is sucked and flows into the well pipe a from the strainer part b.

At the same time, the water pressure increases in the portion above the upper valve 8 of the cylindrical body 1, and the action of reducing this water pressure is performed by jetting water from the water inlet 11 in the wall surface.
This jetted water is directly blown into the stratum from the strainer section and cleans the holes in the strainer. (Refer to Figure 1 for the above) In addition, the washer is lowered by loosening the rope 3 and using the washer's own weight. Simultaneously with the descent of the cylindrical body 1, the lower valve 4 opens the opening 5, and the upper valve 8 opens the through hole 7 of the valve seat 6, but is pushed up by water pressure and contacts the stopper 9, opening the opening. Close 10. The water pressure is then injected and output from the water inlet 11 located between the upper valve 8 and the valve seat 6. As a result, the jetted water is directly blown into the stratum from the strainer section, thereby cleaning the strainer from clogging. (Refer to Figure 2 for the above) When the washer is lowered, groundwater is not sucked in, but since the water flows in a fixed direction, if the washer is moved up and down repeatedly, the water in the upper and lower parts of the washer will be sucked out. This causes a water hammer phenomenon and amplifies the jetting action, so the mud wall formed in the strainer section can be thoroughly washed away.

3 Effects of the Invention Since the present invention has such a configuration, mud walls that adhere to the strainer parts of well pipes of various wells and cause clogging can be removed by repeatedly pulling up and lowering the washer forcefully. The groundwater is then removed by powerfully injecting it from the water inlet of the cylindrical body of the washer toward the strainer section, and also creating a suction effect on other strainer sections, and by repeating this injection and suction, the groundwater is removed from the top and bottom of the strainer section. By circulating between both sides, the pores can be cleaned reliably and quickly, and the effect is great as an epoch-making cleaning method that did not exist before.
