An interphase insulating paper 5 is inserted between them. Then, the insulating coatings on the tips of the stator main winding 1 and the stator main winding A2 are removed, and they are twisted and connected to the tips of the lead wires 3 and soldered. Next, the insulating tube 4 is placed over the connecting portion 8 and embedded between the main winding coil end 1a and the auxiliary winding coil end 2a for fixation. Then, after the entire coil end is pressure-formed, lacing is performed with a binding thread 6 to complete the coil end. The connection portion is embedded and fixed in order to facilitate pressure molding and lacing operations.

It took a lot of time and a lot of work time. In particular, in recent years, energy saving has required higher efficiency motors, and the amount of copper in the stator strings 1.2 has also increased, requiring a great deal of labor to embed them. Since the insulating tube 4 uses a film wound three to five times, it is expensive.

とかで・きる。Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the electric motor stator of the embodiment of the present invention,
A storage area is formed in the overlapping part of the interphase insulating paper to store the connecting parts of the lead wires and stator wires, so the lead wire connecting parts, which are done before pressure forming and lacing work, can be used to connect the main winding coil end and the auxiliary winding coil end. Assembling time can be shortened because embedding work for fixing between the winding coil ends is unnecessary. Furthermore, although a plurality of insulating tubes have conventionally been used to insulate the connecting portion, by forming a storage portion for the connecting portion in the interphase insulating paper, the insulating tube can be made unnecessary.
