【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、各種プラントの原料を計量する為の

て説明する。

端には排出ゲート2が設けられている。又、ホツ
パ本体1は秤量器3を介して架構4に載置され、

量される様になつている。ホツパ本体1は秤量器
3を介して架構4に単に載置されているだけであ
り、地震、風によつて発生する水平力については
別途他の支持機構によつて支持されなければなら

溶接歪の為大きな変形を起す、又この変形の修正

水平力を支持し得る様にしたものである。

平力支持金物6を取付ける。又、変形防止梁9の
中央にはストンボツクス7を設け、防止梁9の上

がたまる様にし、セルフライニング効果が発揮さ
れる様にしてもよい。更に、従来の補強リングに
代え変形防止梁とし、該変形防止梁の下方にスト
ンボツクスをビームにより支持する様にしてもよ

(i) ホツパ本体変形防止の為の強度部材を従来の
リング形状から梁形状としたので、軽構造とな
ると共に製作が容易となる、
(ii) ホツパ変形防止梁の取付容接量は、従来に比
べてたいへん少ない為溶接によるホツパ本体の
変形は著しく少なくなり、変形補修が不要とな
つて製作が簡単になる、
(iii) ホツパ変形防止梁をストンボツクスの支持材
として使用すれば、材料が減り軽量化ができ
る、
等の優れた効果を発揮し得る。
