[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is used by being attached in a ring shape around the curtain wall in order to achieve watertightness and airtightness between the panel type curtain walls that are the exterior of concrete buildings.
A mounting leg that can be elastically fitted and held in an outward opening fitting groove of a panel type curtain wall;
The present invention relates to a gasket for a curtain wall, in which hollow elastic contact portions that come into elastic contact with each other in the direction in which the surfaces face each other between opposing surfaces of adjacent curtain walls are integrally constructed from an elastic material.

○B As shown in FIG. It is installed protruding along the direction, and can be installed in advance around the entire circumference of the curtain wall W at the factory.It is safe and does not need to be installed from the outside, especially in the case of high-rise buildings. The gasket part located at the corner of the curtain wall can be reliably integrated with the vertical and horizontal gasket parts by welding means at the factory, so that the original watertightness and airtightness performance is excellent. On the other hand, if the gasket needs to be removed due to deterioration or aging over time, or to inspect the inside of the curtain wall, it is not possible to remove the gasket alone, and removing the entire curtain wall is a major undertaking. There were some drawbacks that required additional work.

○B As shown in Figure 6 A and B, the outward opening fitting grooves Wa of the adjacent curtain walls W,
Two or more mounting legs 01, 01 that can be elastically fitted and held by inserting them into Wa from the outside.
This type of gasket can be removed individually, making replacement and internal inspections easy and efficient. Because it is necessary to carry out the work, especially at high places, the work must be carried out on a gondola, etc., which is not only dangerous but also inefficient.
Furthermore, since the end surface connection of the gasket body 02' serves as an adhesive means, there is a drawback that the original watertightness and airtightness are likely to be uncertain or insufficient due to poor construction management.

The characteristic structure of the curtain wall gasket according to the present invention, which was taken to achieve the above object, is as follows:
The mounting leg protrudes in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the direction of action of the elastic force of the hollow elastic contact portion, and the mounting leg is arranged to protrude in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the elastic force of the hollow elastic contact portion acts, and The present invention has an engaging surface that engages with an engaging protrusion protruding from the fitting groove forming member in the direction in which the elastic contact force is applied to prevent the entire gasket from coming off. The effects are as follows.

In other words, since the direction in which the mounting legs are attached to and removed from the curtain wall is perpendicular or almost perpendicular to the direction in which the elastic contact force acts between the hollow elastic contact parts in the attached state, the hollow elastic contact parts are If necessary, the mounting legs can be pulled out from the fitting groove of the curtain wall even in the installation state where they are in strong elastic contact, and the gasket can be installed independently without the need for large-scale work such as removing and disassembling the curtain wall. can be removed. In other words, even if the gasket is pre-installed on the curtain wall at the factory, the curtain wall with the gasket
Installation can be carried out with the hollow elastic contact portions of both gaskets in adjacent curtain walls being in elastic contact with each other as desired. Moreover, by utilizing the fact that the direction of elastic force of the hollow elastic contact portion and the protrusion direction of the mounting leg are perpendicular or substantially perpendicular, the fitting groove forming member in the curtain wall is attached to the mounting leg. Since the gasket is provided with an engagement surface that engages with the engagement protrusion protruding from the gasket in the direction in which the elastic contact force is applied to prevent the entire gasket from coming out, each hollow elastic contact part makes elastic contact with the adjacent hollow elastic contact part. The repulsive force generated by this acts as a retaining force that prevents the engagement surface from separating from the engagement protrusion in the direction in which the elastic contact force is applied, and the structure can be easily applied to the engagement protrusion of the engagement surface without requiring any special configuration. It is possible to firmly and strongly maintain the engaged state of the mounting leg, and to prevent the mounting leg from coming out of the fitting groove. Therefore, it is possible to securely and strongly integrate the gasket all around the curtain wall during factory installation, and to ensure the original watertight and airtight performance with extremely high reliability.
Particularly in the case of high-rise buildings, it is possible to improve the construction efficiency and work safety of installing curtain walls, and it is also possible to easily and efficiently perform gasket removal for gasket replacement and internal inspection. It has come to have a great effect.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail based on the drawings. In FIGS. 1 and 2, W is a panel type curtain wall, which is constructed by fitting and holding a panel W 2 into an aluminum sash W 1 . is,
A fitting groove Wa with an outward opening is integrally formed on the aluminum sash W 1 via a groove-shaped member Wc, and a substantially V-shaped opening facing inward and outward is formed on the inner surface of the entrance of the fitting groove Wa. The engaging protrusion Wb is integrally projected, and a groove Wd for mounting the inner gasket G1 is integrally formed on the inner end side in such a manner that it opens toward the other side on the opposing surfaces of the adjacent curtain walls W, W. has been done. G is an outer gasket, which, as clearly shown in FIG. Hollow elastic contact portions 2 that come into elastic contact with each other between the opposing surfaces of the curtain walls W, W so as to form a linear sealing surface in the direction in which the surfaces face each other are made of an elastic material such as neoprene rubber and are made of an elastic material such as neoprene rubber. The mounting direction of the mounting leg 1 is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the elastic contact force of the hollow elastic contact portion 2 acts.
