(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the protective caps a and b of FIG. 17 described in the prior art, when storing the needle shaft, the protective cap is It is necessary to insert the caps a and b with their openings directly or diagonally facing each other, aligning their axes with each other. Because the injection needle is forced to be positioned in front of the tip and inserted toward the tip, it often happens that the needle tip is not inserted into the opening of the protective cap a or b, and the sharp There was a risk of accidentally injuring one's own finger or finger with the tip of the needle, which could lead to infection by pathogens from the tip of the needle, which was contaminated with the patient's body fluids or blood. In addition, in the case of Figure 17C, in which the protective cap is used while attached to the needle shaft, the tip of the protective cap must be photographed and bent before use, so the sharp needle tip must be placed close to the fingertip that was photographed. It is dangerous because it sticks out. Furthermore, if a fingertip that has been photographed touches a sterilized needle tip, it becomes contaminated, which poses a hygiene problem. In addition, when the needle tip goes in and out of the notch, the sharp blade surface will rub against the notch end of the protective cap, making it difficult to cut, so the operator should pay close attention to the notch when injecting. The needle must be bent by aiming at the notch in the protective cap, which requires careful operation, and the bending direction and the three points of the injection needle and notch must be aligned on the li cotton line. When taking out the injection needle from inside the protective cap, it is inconvenient because the needle will be bent along with the protective cap. The case shown in Figure 17 d is effective in preventing misidentification of injection needles, but it is difficult to store the protective cap before and after use, and it is difficult to arrange a large number of injection needles side by side because they are bulky on the table where they are prepared. It is troublesome because the disc may roll and the preparation for attaching the disc to prevent misjudgment to the protective cap is troublesome. In addition to the above-mentioned problems, in the conventional techniques, the protective cap is reattached to the needle of the syringe barrel after use, and the needle is removed from the syringe barrel and discarded. At that time, the removed syringe needle does not have a shape that can be distinguished from a sterilized and unused syringe needle, so with the protective cap attached, it is difficult to tell whether it is a used or unused syringe needle. Unable to identify. As a post-injection procedure, the person handling the injection must reattach the protective cap to the needle on the syringe barrel, then remove the needle from the syringe barrel.
Immediately disposing of the needles in a special waste container prevents them from being mixed with sterilized, unused needles, and prevents accidents and dangers caused by accidentally using contaminated used needles for injecting patients. Since all methods to prevent misuse depend on the memory and procedures of the handler, there is always the possibility of an accident, both in terms of sanitary reliability and operational safety. It is left as it is. The present invention was made in view of these problems, and its purpose is to make it possible to reattach the protective cap to the injection needle safely and reliably, and to ensure that the injection needle is The purpose of the present invention is to provide a protective cap that allows easy identification of a sterilized, unused injection needle or a used and contaminated injection needle that should be discarded.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the above object, the tube cap for protecting and housing the injection needle in the present invention is made of a material with a softer tip than the bending rigidity of the injection needle. A flexible tube that opens, and a notch that is longer than the length of the injection needle is formed on the side wall surface along the axial direction of the tube cap, leaving the opening near the tip. A flexible indicator stopper with a colored flexible part is formed so as to intersect diagonally with the injection needle via a fitting fitted and held on the shaft body that holds the injection needle. Hold the tube cap in the through hole so that it can move in and out, and intersect with the injection needle from the rear diagonally outside. Also, align the notch of the tube cap directly with the injection needle, and bend the tube cap along the injection needle. While stirring,
By arranging the structure so that the needle can be stored in and out, the other end of the tube cap is taken, and by pulling it out diagonally to the rear of the needle shaft, the needle can be freely inserted into the opening at the tip of the tube cap. The fitted colored indicator stopper is prevented from retreating by the tip of the injection needle, and is removed from the tip opening in conjunction with the withdrawal of the tube cap. The injection needle can then be exposed from the tip toward the base. In addition, by picking up the terminal end of the syringe needle and pushing it toward the tip of the syringe needle, the syringe cap will slide from the base of the syringe needle toward the tip from the notch facing the syringe needle. As you move forward, you can store it inside.

The colored indicator stopper that is loosely fitted into the opening at the tip of the tube cap is made of a flexible plug to prevent damage to the needle tip when protruding with a sharp needle tip, and to prevent damage to the needle tip when protruding with a sharp needle tip. By coloring the tube in a color different from that of the tube, it is possible to clearly indicate that it is located at the tip of the tube cap, making it easier to visually confirm its presence or absence. The notch on the side wall of the tube cap is
Since it is longer than the length of the injection needle to be stored, the entire needle can be stored. In addition, by forming a cut leaving the area near the tip opening, when the tube cap is pulled out, the injection needle gets caught at the end of the cut and prevents the tube cap from coming off, allowing the tube cap to be pushed out and stored again. When necessary, guide the needle to the tip of the injection needle by regulating the sliding direction. In addition, when the needle is completely retracted, there is a protrusion near the other end of the tube cap in a position without a notch near the tip opening to prevent the needle from protruding out of the notch again. A shaped stopper is formed to prevent the injection needle from protruding from the notch while it is stored.

(Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. The imaginary central axis 8 of the holding hole and the imaginary central axis 9 of the shaft attachment fitting hole 6 which is fitted and attached to the syringe needle axis are obliquely intersected to form a through hole. Although the intersecting slope was set at 45 degrees, a range of approximately 30 degrees to 70 degrees is also suitable depending on the material used for the tube cap and the degree of flexibility. 1 uses Teflon tube, diameter 2
The rrr is 7 m, but it may be about 5 m/m. The total length is approximately 2 to 3 times the length of the syringe needle, and the tube body is preferably transparent or semi-transparent. This is to make it transparent. Materials suitable for the tube cap are:
In addition to the above-mentioned Teflon, any tube may be made of a thermoplastic polymer material and is flexible and more flexible than the bending rigidity of the injection needle. 4 is a stopper formed in the shape of a protrusion on the side wall surface of the tube cap 1. , and the notch 2 formed on the side wall surface when the injection needle 11 is completely housed in the tube cap 1.
In order to prevent the injection needle 11 from protruding, a stopper was formed for the purpose of positioning the injection needle tip beyond the cut tip. In the embodiment, the stopper is in the shape of a protrusion, but the stopper may be formed in a flat shape from the position of the protrusion to the end of the tube cap to make it easier to photograph. Tube cap 1
Although a flexible rubber stopper was used as the colored indicator stopper 3 loosely fitted into the opening at the tip, it is also suitable to use flexible foamed urethane or paper. The shape is cylindrical with a diameter equal to or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the tube cap. In the embodiment, a red color different from the color of the tube cap 1 was used, but any color that is significantly different from the color of the tube cap material is suitable.

By attaching a flexible tube cap to the needle shaft so that it can swing, the operation of exposing or storing the needle can be done by taking a bow at the rear end of the tube cap and pulling it out. The syringe needle can be inserted and removed by pushing or pushing it out.The capture part of the cap is located on the side of the syringe barrel, diagonally backward from the tip of the syringe needle, making it difficult to reattach the conventional protective cap. The dangerous operation that occurs when the handler's fingers are necessarily placed in front of the sharp tip of the injection needle is completely unnecessary, and the injection needle can be inserted and removed safely. In addition, a colored indicator stopper is loosely fitted and held in the opening at the tip of the flexible tube cap, so that when using the needle, the indicator stopper is connected to the opening of the tube body cap when it is pulled out. It can be removed from the tip of the tube cap, and an unused needle can be easily identified by the presence or absence of a colored indicator stopper, so it is easy to avoid accidentally giving a used, contaminated needle to a different patient. It can be prevented from being used. There is also no need to store the removed protective cap as in the prior art. Even when not injecting, such as when a protective cap with a notch is folded while still attached to a narrow syringe needle, the sharp tip of the needle may inadvertently bend over the notch if force is applied to the cap in the lateral direction. This is dangerous and undesirable from a sanitary standpoint. Since the needle tip of the tube cap is always located at the tip of the incision end, even if the cap is subjected to lateral force, it will not protrude, making it safe and hygienic and can be stored without contamination. Dangerous needle tips can be securely stored after use.
