Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) カメラと、そのカメラの対物レンズの正面
    に対向されたプリズムと、光源と、上記光源から
    の光を上記プリズムに誘導する光フアイバーケー
    ブルとを具備し、上記プリズムから上記対物レン
    ズの正面に光を照射するように構成した顕微鏡光
    源装置。 (2) 上記光源から上記光フアイバーケーブルに
    照射される発光側光量と、上記プリズムから上記
    対物レンズに照射される受光側光量との差を検出
    して、上記光源の光量を補正する手段を具備させ
    たことを特徴とする請求項１記載の顕微鏡光源装
    置。
