心地よく安全に行え、しかも、その為の構造が、最前端
の転輪と重心位置の転輪とをシーソー揺動自在に連結す
る構造、及び、そのシーソー揺動軸を、これら転輪の中
間部に位置する転輪の支軸を兼用することによって、簡
